We ordered a matcha milk tea and lychee tea. One sip of the matcha was like choking on a pound of baby powder. When we asked them to help dilute it, the servers had the WORST attitude and said "it's your problem, your fault for ordering this. This is what you ordered." Last time we checked, we ordered a drink, not dry powder that left us chugging the watery lychee tea as a water substitute. We had to beg them for some kind of adjustment - they eventually relented and terribly ripped a larger hole into the drink cover, added liquid sugar, and then served it back without any apologies or even eye contact. Unfortunately can't recommend this place. I mean, maybe I just have high standards for bubble tea, but I'd at least give a mediocre review if it were just a matter of mediocre tea. But dear god, at least try to be a decent person while you serve your shitty powdery drinks?? Don't tell me it's my fault the drink tastes like I just dumped sand in my mouth?? (Which, honestly, might be better, because at least I'd know what I'm getting into.) I'm terribly confused by these other reviews saying that this is one of the few places *not* using powdered mixes, or the reviews about how nice the staff is here. Was in Europe for a week and this was the first boba place I came across, so maybe I was just too deprived, but it was passable. Definitely not the best, and surprisingly not the worst I've had. Bit pricey considering the quality, but given the lack of other options, definitely not a bad choice. Also, just keep in mind that everything is less sweet in Europe compared to the US, such as all sodas, and this is no exception. 100% sweet tasted like 25% sweet at US stores. read more

So happy I finally found yummy bubble tea. The taro tea was just perfect. I wish they had more locations around Germany:)
