They put our toddler out of care that's for one. Lucky enough we found a back up care quickly and the baby is doing wonderful there. We are paying for the two weeks twice basically. This business has been contacted twice and claimed refund has been sent to us. We yet to see it. The business owner please contact me ASAP to provide transaction details on when, how much and which account the refund has been sent to. Aside from administrative and billing issue, the quality of the care and education this business provides is highly doubtful. Our toddler was potty trained, and as every 2.5 year old, he has accidents. He was potty shamed at ny kids club Lic and started asking to wear diapers all day long. The caregiver made him feel deeply ashamed for wetting his pants or bed. Myself and another mommy in my building, who ended up pulling her baby out of this school, both have observed the teachers scold kids for no obvious reasons, or being very cold to the kids, or even saying things like, crying in my classroom is not acceptable. If these people are not into having a career in early education, please stop making money out of the kids and families.

I was so happy to see that Coach Cory has opened his own gym! I initially became aware of his…read moreamazing skills when I took an adult gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers. I used to be a gymnast many many moons ago and wanted to see if I could still do some tricks, but on very bouncy surfaces. Cory was so kind and patient with me and he really left a lasting impression, so we kept in touch. When my friend told me her son was interested in gymnastics, of course Cory immediately came to mind! We ended up stopping by this past weekend and I was so happy to see what Cory has accomplished. Lots of equipment especially for children, combined with his signature helpful, kind demeanor and fun yet safe approach was such a great experience for my friend and her son. I would recommend everyone try out Cory's new gym!

We initially just popped over to check things out and chat with the instructor a bit, but ended up staying for a drop in class even though we didn't pre-book for the session (so having that as an option is wonderful) as we found Coach Stephens so kind and gracious! Our kids got to see what different aspects to gymnastics there are, try out different exercises and equipment, and get a sense of basic skill level. Being raised going to gymnastic classes regularly as a kid, it brought me so much nostalgia; it was great to see how knowledgeable and skillful he is at teaching the sport (as I know how hard teaching almost anything can be) in a fun and engaging way - while also pushing and being supportive in areas he sees could be worked on. We immediately got multi-class passes afterward... highly recommend!!

My two kids (ages 9 and 11) recently completed three weeks at CinemaKidz Camp at CityPoint and had…read morean absolutely wonderful time. They were excited to attend each day and couldn't wait to share details about their projects. They had tons of hands-on experience both in front of and behind the camera. It was wonderful to see them take on a range of responsibilities and exercise so much autonomy in creating their projects, while receiving technical and thematic guidance from the instructors to support their vision. They were incredibly proud of their final work, and our family loved viewing it (the films were hilarious and a little unhinged :)). In fact, they both came home asking to get the software programs they used so they can continue making films at home. During the week, their groups traveled to public parks, subways, beaches, and other open spaces to film their projects, which was a highlight for my kids. My 11-year-old rated the camp 4.9 out of 5 stars. Her only complaint was that she wished parents could receive the final project links a few days sooner, because it was "unbearable to wait until the next week."

She is the worst of all don't waste your time. She is unpleasant and impolite. Not very unhelpful and extremely disrespectful. If only they made sure they accommodated you as they charge you. First, make sure they explain the payment situation so they don't make new rules as is beneficial for them. They have a pay-per-class or pay for four weeks in advance. Apparently, it doesn't work like that. My daughter signed up for 4 weeks of classes which were paid for in advance as they should or as the policy seems to be. At the end of her 4 week classes, my ex-husband couldn't go to Ninas to make a payment. We wanted to sign her up for another 4 weeks but my ex husband had a family emergency and couldn't make it to pay and there is no contract. He paid the following week and they charged last weeks class that wasnt paid for as if that was part of the package when I inquired because to my knowledge you paid for your classes in full. The receptionist was like no no no that class count. That class was never paid so why should it count? I even witness another parent having to deal with the same situation. New policies need to be made. One were the parents are sure of what they are getting themselves into with this establishment.

I trust that my daughter is safe there whenever I leave her for practice. The coaches are great, and they treat the children as their own. Some might say they are mean to them, but I'd say they are just teaching them discipline. Something I never experienced there is being harassed for payment. Some might call it harassment but I call it a reminder. I actually appreciate the reminders. I never regretted enrolling my daughter to Nina's, and I highly recommend Nina's if your child wants to be a gymnast.

Nothing beats a smile on a childs face, that's when you know you're in a good place and a nurturing environment. There are different disciplines and styles for all ages. Looking forward to the recital, which I am sure will be amazing. The entire staff is amazing and respectful. The new owner Spiro is hard working and cares about everyone that walks into the studio. With Jessica helping with admin responsibilities and a teacher herself does an amazing job at keeping all the parents aware of what's going on and when.
