So far I've ordered online twice, once I managed to get it to take, so we went out got our address put on our bins and set them out to be cleaned. No one showed up. I can't seem to find anyone to email and I am not going to sign up a third time. I know they come to a neighbor's house and I've heard good things about them. I don't know why they're so difficult to reach or why it's so hard to get any kind of confirmation. Bubble binz is a wonderful ideA and service. We have been a customer for more than a yeaR now and are so pleased with their service. Our bins are always clean and don't have a horrible smell about them. We had not known about this type of company and are so glad to have found them. They are water smart too, which is a huge plus! A friend cleans her own bins, wasting gallons of water. We have three small dogs and sometimes the fragrance can be a bit much. The BEST thing ever! Sadly, because Republic Services only comes once a week now. And, with the hot summer weather lately. Our trash cans smelled horrible! Bubble Binz is the BEST thing ever. Bubble Binz did a great job cleaning our trash cans. With a dog and 2 cats the smell in the bins can get very ripe. After they sanitized our bins the smell is gone. Our technician Aaron did an amazing job! Our cans had 3 years of built up scum and gag inducing nasty in them. It took him about 30-40 minutes and they looked and smelled better than some people I know. I highly recommend these guys if you really want your cans vomit inducing free! read more

I actually placed the order on trash day and was surprised to learn that the cleaning truck was in my area and my bins would be cleaned that day--talk about quick service!
