Well I had schedule over a week ago. And the day of they never came I was home all day trash cans sat in street. When I tried calling. Only texting when I asked. Why no one will call me. This isn't professional. I wanna talk to someone. Still no calls at. I said I wanted my money back. Still no call to try to fix problem. They said ok gave me money. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Customer for years! Everything has always been good. Within the last 2 years the company has changed. Their standards have become really low. They do a "half a**" job. Multiple times only doing two of my paid three can service. Just recently they were scheduled and the cans were still dirty. I called and they came out the next week but didn't even redo them. They just sprayed sanitizer stuff and left. After I called to let them know, I was told he was their for 5 min so they know he cleaned them. He did not. So they came out for a third time and still were just done crappy but a little better. I asked for a refund she told me should would take care of it. It shouldn't even have taken 3 attempts to clean them. They use to have such great customer service! I ask to speak to someone above ( Karli ? ) the rude person who answers phones and was told they were in meetings all day. Convenient! No attempt to try and apologize or keep a customer after years of loyalty. It's really sad!! read more

First saw an ad for Bubble Binz on Instagram and instantly thought the idea was amazing! Such a needed service! I signed up and just had my 1st cleaning yesterday. My trash cans had so much stuck to it that there was even foam padding stuck to it that would never come out when the trash was picked up. Came home and saw the truck came while we were out. I never thought I would have a need to say this but my trash cans look amazing! Everything was removed! Our bins STINK. I don't know what it is we throw away but in this desert heat it just sits and ferments in the garage. Best idea of a company!! After moving into my home, the trash bins left behind were FILTHY. It didn't look like an easy clean up either. There was previous trash that was stuck to it for a long time so it wasn't anything I could just dump out. And who wants to crawl inside a trash can (if you can even fit in it) just to clean it? Just torture! I left my bins out the night before and when I came home in the afternoon the next day, they placed them on my driveway to let me know they were cleaned. I am highly satisfied with the results!! My bins are spotless and look as if they're brand new! I did the one time cleaning for $50 for 2 bins. They offer a subscription type service for $20 which is cheaper, but I wanted to test the service out first. The only thing I wish they were better at was getting back to me via phone call or email. Eventually after multiple tries and no response, I tried texting them and they responded. Not a deal breaker, but something I feel as though could be improved. He came a little late at night which I was worried about but he cleaned them really nice and even put them in the driveway for me so I didn't have to get out of the house after dark. When they first came last year they barely rinsed the trash cans and left all the dirty water in the can. They were very nice on the phone and sent someone right back out to redo it. The next time or two were just okay, cans appeared mostly clean but not great. I decided to cancel the service and called and cancelled. NO problem cancelling until now.....6 months later. I get a text stating they are on the way to clean the bins tomorrow. I text and call and leave a message that they shouldn't come because I cancelled. I get a text back stating I didn't meet the cancellation requirements and it would be a $20 cancellation fee. Oh and they said they've rec'd skipped cleaning requests since Nov. I live in another state now and I never once reached out to skip a cleaning. Why would I, I cancelled in Nov!!! Crazy. They apologized for the confusion but still insisted they would have to charge the $20 cancellation fee. I could care less about the $20, it's the idea that 6 months later you're going to charge me and outright lie to say I've requested skipped months!!! Probably the best service I've ever hired for our home. I wish I would have signed up sooner! I am so happy I finally had them come out. I signed up two days before trash pick up and they were still there on pickup day. They solved our stinky trash bins and made them look practically new inside. I tell every neighbor and friend about it because it is SO worth it!!! My neighbor was airing out her garage the other day because her bins stunk so bad and I said sign up with them now and they will be here on Friday! I love bubble binz!! The Vegas heat really stinks up the garbage- especially when the cans have to be inside garage or side yard per the HOA. Avoid this company! I have been using them for quite a while and I used to have no complaints. As of lately the quality of work is very poor and the customer service is absolutely terrible. For the past two weeks I have had issues with my service and the company is making it seem as it is my fault rather than theirs. One week my trash cans was not cleaned due to them "not having the gate code" in which it was provided to them and they have had the entire time of me using their services and this week my trash cans were not cleaned and I was still charged. This week I received a reminder text to leave the cans out for cleaning and later that same day received a text that the job was complete and my cans were cleaned. I realized that my trash cans were still in the same position as they were when they were emptied and not cleaned at all. I have video of the driver driving past my house without stopping but according to the notification "my cleaning was complete". I was also charged $24.99 for a service that was not done. I contacted the company and was told I had to wait until my normal service date which on Friday for someone to come out although I have already been charged and have proof that their driver did not stop. They representative refused to refund my money, give a discount or even make and exception to come to my community sooner than my scheduled trash day to clean my trash cans. Dealing with them has been a headache all while I'm being charged for poor service! read more
