They did a good job cleaning the bins and they came after all the trash was picked up already, pretty easy and straight forward. Although, now, both bins got scratches and holes after the cleaning took place. Unsure how that happened. I do not care that much about the scratches... at the end of the day this is a trash bin. The hole created is a little bit more worrying though. I would've expected the cleaner to report the damages after the work was done, but that never happened. read more

this company always does a fantastic job cleaning my trash cans. Also, really appreciate that when they're done cleaning the cans they bring it from the street and leave it in front of my garage doors. I've been with them since they started business here in Henderson Nevada . I highly recommend this company. If you're looking for a great company that keeps your large trash cans Nice and clean. I recommend Bubble pens. Such a great service. read more

Used the service 2x and then started a every 6 week subscription. Bubble Binz Forgot to provide the service this week. While the representative responded quickly to My comments, seemed concerned and implied I had the wrong week and should have received a note the last time they cleaned the cans. In any case, this is a service business and I'll go back to using a hose myself. read more

Purchased the one time bin cleaning service because my bins needed it. My fiancé threw away four old watermelons without putting them in a bag first so you can only imagine what kind of mess that left in our trash cans. We also have a dog and throw away his waste in our cans so they can get really stinky during the summer. After he came to clean our cans they smelled amazing and were super clean! He was also done in about 6 minutes. If I ever need a clean can I know who to call. read more

Not only would I recommend this service, I would say it's so cheap! I booked the service online on Friday. Tuesday was my trash day. I came home yesterday to clean trash bins. Best part was this morning, when I went into my garage, there was no smell!! read more

They failed to clean a trashcan then their only solution was to send someone out to clean it that did not fit my schedule instead of just crediting the small charge for the next time they come out (I have had them cleaning two cans for years, lost a customer for their foolish policies), will be looking at other companies for this service. read more

Finally came out and got the job done. Took two attempts. One is clean. One is somewhat clean. Bin still is dirty. Def wasn't scrubbed or cleaned thoroughly. It still has dirt caked on. Back to cleaning em myself. Don't waste your money. Disappointing to say the least. Just looking at it you can see it dirty. Maybe they shouldn't come at night read more

I was SO excited to see they were out front cleaning my bins! I was really happy to know as well when you first sign up they go right away from your next trash pick schedule and then start you on the 6 week schedule. I am so happy with the service! More than you could ever know. My bin was dirty from regular build up but also the occasional spill of cat litter that started to become pungent as the infamous Nevada summer weather started to build. This service is 1000% worth it. It left my bin with NO smell, I repeat NO smell. I am never going back and recommending the service to all my friends! read more

Bubble Binz - My clean bin. The crack was already there it was not their doing. I am so pleased! - Pressure Washers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Fantastic job cleaning the bins that had old trash stuck at the bottom. Highly recommend for fast and efficient work.

First time customer and very unhappy. Running late and my cans have been out for over 24 hours. I'll be sure to let the neighborhood and surrounding HOAs know that you don't care about their CC&Rs, weather or logistical operations management from your end. Stop cleaning on trash days so you can clean earlier and more operationally sound. Sure, some will be done on trash day however, call the customer and find out when their trash is typically picked up. You'll do yourself a service. Also, do the more distant neighborhoods first week and have a routine with pattern to follow so you don't lose. You'll have time in between to get to new customers and any customer service issues. (If you have enough service vehicles and proper maintenance done) UPDATE: Mario showed up at 9:45pm and was very nice, sincere and helpful but he shouldn't have to apologize for the company's shortcomings. I'm really contemplating this service. Every 6 weeks is what the website states but got a 2 month service date in August. Horrible! Honor your word. read more

How did i ever survive without this business? My Binz look BRAND NEW and smell even better! It was my first cleaning today so the attendant took a lot of time and got everything perfectly clean. The truck is completely self contained. After all of the spraying and wiping and buffing, all of the dirty water is carted away in the truck. GENIUS! I'll never go without this business again - thank you read more

Great company with great service and a great job done. Our trash cans look like new. They always do after bubble bins cleans them. It doesn't cost much per service and they will skip the service if needed. Just love the work they do! read more

Well, they cleaned very well the first time. I can't complain about that, but they didn't show up on the day they were scheduled for the second appointment, didn't send any message and didn't return my messages and calls until two days later. When they did, they told me I would still have to wait two more weeks (total of eight) to get my bins cleaned. I checked the terms on their site and there is nothing about that, but I still pay for six weeks apart every cleaning. Besides that, no apologies about it, even after I told them that I left my bins outside until later night waiting for their service. I hope they really show up on (the new) schedule for the second cleaning and hopefully go back to the six weeks apart I pay for (like their site says). read more

The Other Bins in our neighborhood are SO JEALOUS! I made an appointment online, quickly discovered I made it for the wrong day ( did this twice!) and each time I messaged the company they responded quickly and so politely and made this process a happy one. My bins were DISGUSTING! I hated them even being in my garage. I've seen the truck around, and thought man I don't want to be cleaning out that bin myself, let's do this.. and wow what a difference, it's like 2 new bins! They are crystal clean, sanitized and smell like new. I will defiantly be using this company again and SING THEIR PRASIES! Don't be foolish and pass up this service! read more

The service is great. What they don't tell you is when you cancel there's a FEE. Makes no sense. Says that no where. Highly disappointed to have been lied to and misled. There's no contract but there is a fee when you cancel! Complete foolery. Will NOT recommend to anyone. read more

Glad I found a replacement for our bins to be cleaned. They looked great. I was worried at first as out trash and recycling people run late. It as you stated, all trash and recycle were placed in a bag for pick-up. Great job and they smelled nice. read more

I really like this service , it's far less expensive than attempting to make the time each month to clean your bins. Your time is valuable and the cost of this service is very reasonable. Plus they are eco friendly by taking away the dirty water and leaving your bins sanitized and smelling great. I highly recommend them , they send text reminders and billing is easy. read more

Because the water they use sometimes stays in puddles in the bottom after they have finished with the cleaning process , I have requested they turn the bins upside down. I am most pleased when they remember this extra step for me. read more

It you haven't heard of this service yet, you absolutely need to check them out. It's weirdly satisfying to have clean, nice smelling garbage cans. The driver was friendly, the service was quick, and my husband even thought it was awesome! Our service is every six weeks. You simply have to leave your cans out on trash day, they come by (in the early evening for us), tag your cans, clean them & then drag them up off the curb. Great service for a decent price! Definitely check them out! read more

Bins are super clean and they are odor-free when they're finish with them. Nice service to have as it keeps bugs away

We've had service now for a few months. I hesitated because of the cost but I easily put that in the machine when I go to the gas station LOL. We roped off the front yard and used the trash bins to block the trench to fix a pipe leak. The driver carefully removed the bins washed them, and put them back. I ran outside to thank him. I appreciated his courtesy read more

I had an disappointing encounter with Bubble Binz employees. I was next to a company vehicle and was taking note of the phone number to contract their service. However, I noticed that the passenger of the company vehicle was spitting out sunflower seeds on the road, while in a stop sign, with no disregard to littering laws. I said something to the gentleman and they seemed offended and proceeded to cut me off. I had my child in the car and did not utter any bad words or shouting. I called the company and left a message but never received a follow up call. read more

I had been thinking about trying Bubble Binz for a while. We have seen them come to our neighbors homes. It finally got the the point where our trash can was really needing to be cleaned. It was starting to make our garage stink even worse than usual. I decided to go ahead and sign up on their website. It was super easy, and very clear what the terms were. The rate is around 10 dollars for every 6 weeks.( in order to get that price, you have to sign up for 9 services I believe). I love that they sent reminders via email and text! They also sent me an update when it was done. That made it easy to know I could put my trash cans away. We all know HOAs can be difficult with that! It is super clean, and it smells so good in our garage! They also put a sticker on our bins so that they can identify them better in the future. We're super pleased with the process, and would absolutely recommend. read more

Signed up for service after seeing their ads on Facebook and was in their rotation within a day or two after our freezer had failed and we had a trash can of rotting meat in summer. Lol Yes. You can only imagine. Received the text that the service was finished but the recycling hadn't been emptied. I text the service asking how The cleaning could be finished, if the recycling did not been picked up yet? Well, because they're so awesome that they double bag your trash into a large bag while they clean your bin and put it back in to be emptied when they arrive! Great service and customer service and the smell is completely gone! read more

First time using Bubble Binz and we are extremely impressed! Both our garbage bins were is horrible condition and no matter what we tried scrubbing them with it was little to no help. Then we saw the ad on Facebook for this amazing company. They came out the following day for an amazing price cleaned both our bins and deodorized them. It didn't take them long, and both the bins are clean and they smell 100% better. We will definitely be recommending this company to everyone and also we will continue to use their services. read more
