Well, they cleaned very well the first time. I can't complain about that, but they didn't show up on the day they were scheduled for the second appointment, didn't send any message and didn't return my messages and calls until two days later. When they did, they told me I would still have to wait two more weeks (total of eight) to get my bins cleaned. I checked the terms on their site and there is nothing about that, but I still pay for six weeks apart every cleaning. Besides that, no apologies about it, even after I told them that I left my bins outside until later night waiting for their service. I hope they really show up on (the new) schedule for the second cleaning and hopefully go back to the six weeks apart I pay for (like their site says). read more

I made an appointment online, quickly discovered I made it for the wrong day ( did this twice!) and each time I messaged the company they responded quickly and so politely and made this process a happy one. The driver was friendly, the service was quick, and my husband even thought it was awesome! Our service is every six weeks. You simply have to leave your cans out on trash day, they come by (in the early evening for us), tag your cans, clean them & then drag them up off the curb. Great service for a decent price! I had been thinking about trying Bubble Binz for a while. We have seen them come to our neighbors homes. It finally got the the point where our trash can was really needing to be cleaned. It was starting to make our garage stink even worse than usual. I decided to go ahead and sign up on their website. It was super easy, and very clear what the terms were. The rate is around 10 dollars for every 6 weeks.( in order to get that price, you have to sign up for 9 services I believe). I love that they sent reminders via email and text! They also sent me an update when it was done. That made it easy to know I could put my trash cans away. We all know HOAs can be difficult with that! It is super clean, and it smells so good in our garage! They also put a sticker on our bins so that they can identify them better in the future. However, I noticed that the passenger of the company vehicle was spitting out sunflower seeds on the road, while in a stop sign, with no disregard to littering laws. Signed up for service after seeing their ads on Facebook and was in their rotation within a day or two after our freezer had failed and we had a trash can of rotting meat in summer. Lol Yes. You can only imagine. Received the text that the service was finished but the recycling hadn't been emptied. I text the service asking how The cleaning could be finished, if the recycling did not been picked up yet? Well, because they're so awesome that they double bag your trash into a large bag while they clean your bin and put it back in to be emptied when they arrive! The exterior of the bins were still dirty, and the inside was 75% clean. There was still dirty standing water at the bottom of the bins. First time customer and was really excited to have this done on a regular. I signed up for the membership every 6 weeks. Man came out cleaned inside of the can but didnt notice trash flying out everywhere and ended up sticking to outside of the garbage cans. I figured he would notice and wipe down the cans before he left.... that didn't happen lol also was promised they pull cans back to the house.... that didn't happen either. He had also left flyer/reminder at the bottom of my can I guess for me to jump in and get lol picture is below. I had to end up wiping down my own trash can and picking up trash from all over the floor. Very unfortunate, hopefully they can fix this and come back and clean up whatever else was left on the street and wipe down the rest of my cans.
