The coffee was too bitter for me, I actually had to add the entire sachet of sugar to my capuccino. I usually use about half a sachet! The poffertjes where fine, can't go wrong there, only they seemed to have fallen victim to an icing sugar avalanche. I was massively twitchy and paranoid afterwards, or at least I felt like I should be! Just like twitchy from hoodwinked. The reason I'm giving this place four stars though is because the servers are awesomely friendly, the toilets are clean and with the way the place is built you can sit here for ages and just watch the people go by. Yes, I am a people watcher, so I loved that! Also, the place is cozy and quiet enough to hang out with your nan or just catch up with friends, whilest watching the people that pass.

The hotel next to the restaurant has more spaces, but when you find out the one at Vink is full you have to exit the parkinglot, drive towards the city again, take the roundabout to make a 180 and drive back again as there is no possibility to reach the hotel's parkingsspace directly from Vink's. Parking there is free the first three hours.
