He was also very friendly and helpful in assessing which trees were diseased and which could be treated (in the spring). His office gave me a date about a week in advance, and the crew showed up on time and got to work. They accomplished a large amount in a single day, and they were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they did an incredible job cleaning up. Not only did they clean the areas where they had taken down the trees; it was early December and they did a cleanup of leaves in most of the yard, so that I didn't have to do the end-of-season yardwork that I was planning on doing!
