Well, when I went to get an oil change, the dealership could not get my hood open at all. Speed and Floyds said it was the dealerships fault, when in fact it was their fault, because they put a brand new hood on my car. Instead of accepting responsibility, they tried to push the blame off onto someone else, until I got my insurance company involved, then they fixed it immediately.
