To begin with, the service was impeccable- the staff was friendly, helpful, and constantly looking for ways to improve our dining experience. The food itself was similarly fantastic; providing us a great blend of tasty and imaginative cuisine. Every dish (and there were many of them if you include the complimentary amuse-bouches) was a creative blend of flavors and textures. The restaurant was also very accommodating with regards to dietary restrictions (gluten-free in my case), which is always a big plus. To top it all off, while the restaurant was certainly not inexpensive in an absolute sense (€59 for a 4 course meal), it was excellent value as the dining experience was truly top notch. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

The food was great but service was not. We were there two nights in a row, they had a promotion…read morethat gives you a small ice cream or champagne at the end of the meal. The first night was great, the second night when we asked about the ice cream/champagne they told us we already got it the previous night and are we going to come every day now and ask for that. The audacity of them thinking we would come and spend a lot of money just to get a tiny sip of champagne. And besides even if we did, someone should maybe explain to them how promotions work and that they would be benefiting greatly if a customer did come every night to spend money just because of this promo. Scolding us for going through the exact same process as the first night and expecting the same treatment, as if we are overstepping, really ruined the experience and was a bit humiliating. There's more to this than good food, will not return.

I attended a meeting here for an international standards committee hosted by a local company. The room was well stocked with cookies, fruit, coffee, and tea. For lunch, we were able to have it catered just a few warehouses down. The menu for the catered food was the same for 2 of the 3 days, but it was good enough that I ordered the same thing on those 2 days. The only down side was that the restrooms were only on 0 and 1, so it was a few flights or a slow elevator down during every break. But the views made up for that! The staff seemed quite attentive, though I was not the one dealing with them. And there was even a lovable dog to greet everyone in the mornings.
