This is a little hairdressers based in Greenfield and is popular with the locals especially the teens. They do fantastic cuts and colours and have friendly too. They is nothing worse than having your hair cut and there is this awkward silence between you and the stylist. I hate that. But no need to worry about that here. Go in for a consultation.

I found Pure by accident and I am so pleased with my good fortune, a stylist who cares more about hair than the bill, a team that are happy and fun and salon he is rebuilding so carefully and with such style after the break in and flood last January. I've had the same hairdresser - the wonderful Kim - sat in the same chair, and had a lot of the same laugh out loud conversations. Even with me moving down to London 2 years ago, I have always come back home,to Royton, to have my hair cut and have a good old catch up with the girls at Scruples One. I trust Kim completely with my hair, she always does a fantastic job and I can even trust her when it comes to chopping in my extensions which for me is a biggy! I literally have have nothing negative say about Scruples and will probably be getting my hair cut here forever more. To note: - Amanda is also an amazing hairdresser and owns the shop! She always has a smile on her face! - Emma is a LOL a minute and will make your hair look insane with her styling techniques!

Supercuts is a brand which needs no introduction, being huge across the globe especially in the USA, but for me one of the biggest pros advertised about Supercuts is the price and service, and none of them seemed to be good here. Let's start with the price, £14.95 for a dry cut if ridiculous, especially for the centre of Oldham where you could get dry cuts around a third or half of that price, that's around the sort of price you would pay in Manchester city centre, and even then it would still be expensive, which shows that especially for the location the price is ridiculous compared to rivals nearby. On my visit, there was a very unfriendly staff member, who was the only woman working, she refused to hold my place in line, despite seeing me walking past two or three times as I didn't want to wait, and they didn't seem really busy, this is a frustrating policy as she seemed really slow in doing her work, and refused to even phone me and give me the chance to come, if she was free, or make an appointment, knowing i was just having a coffee downstairs at Rhode Island. Inside, it doesn't seem really nice either, the decor is a bit poor and it isn't the nicest of places and is less modern than you would associate with other Supercuts branches, which makes me feel this branch is getting second-class treatment compared to branches in better locations, while still charging the same price with shoddy service, I sadly feel this is going to warrant a one star, and I'm sad to continue this run of four one star reviews in a row from the reviews I have written.
