We worked with Ali for most of the planning & felt so comfortable with her through the whole process. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, & flexibility with us was so greatly appreciated. She was wonderful communicating via email, which was very important to us as we were planning the wedding from afar. Ali helped us craft a unique menu that WOWed our guests - Latin flavors mixed with classic touches & a cake that guests still rave about! She was was even present on the night of the reception to make sure everything went as planned. She was great with offering advice along the way & was a pleasure to work with. The high staff to guest ratio was definitely felt in the room. We even had a dedicated bridal attendant through the night to ensure that all of our items were collected at the end of the night & properly placed into the correct vehicles. Our wait staff attendant was so pleasant as well! We took a few quick photos during cocktail hour in various spaces in the museum & every time we were finished with a set of photos, we would turn around & our dedicated wait staff member would be there with beverages or a plate of our cocktail hour appetizers. We didn't have to lift a finger & we were able to taste ALL of the food at our wedding! We were very (very) much excited about hosting our cocktail hour in the Brain Exhibit & the experience certainly delivered! We were sent home with a beautifully packaged top tier of our cake in addition to a groom's box of goodies that we enjoyed back at the hotel through the next morning. We also very much appreciated the lovely gift that was sent to us a month or so after the wedding- they are so thoughtful! The entire Frog team was so very wonderful & helped us to create a night with truly spectacular memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Frog Commissary!

No matter how long the email or how ridiculous the question or request, it was met with a quick response and above and beyond accommodation. We were excited to read reviews about how delicious their food was, and at our tasting our expectations were blown out of the water. The unique and delicious seasonal options had my wedding guests raving all weekend. On the day of our wedding our breath was taken away by the performance of the Seedling and Sage team. Our captain, Jamie, made sure the night went off without a hitch. My wedding guests (many of whom work or have worked in hospitality) kept bringing up how spectacular, friendly and efficient the event staff was. Our hearts are so full of warmth and thanks towards Seedling and Sage for making our day special as it was. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

The communication was great, and Annette was very responsive and helpful. However, I really cannot recommend this company to anyone after what I experienced during the wedding day. The seedling and sage employees took all our center pieces (except 5), my bouquet, and my mother's bouquet without asking us. The gluten free/ vegan desserts we specially ordered and brought in for our family were thrown out. We were not asked beforehand if this was ok. We spent a good amount of money on the flowers and they were just all gone, it was heartbreaking.

I ran a very large conference (over 1,000 people) and was in need of a local caterer to provide continental breakfast and boxed lunches. Pre-planning was a breeze. Rick sat with me on numerous occasions at the venue to discuss, envision and plan the execution of the room layout. The flow of people was a critical element to the success of my event. I did not need annoyed and/or dissatisfied attendees to begin their weekend because of poor execution or lack of food on our part. Rick put me at ease with walking through each step of the breakfast and lunch distribution. Williamson arrived professionally dressed each day, and with a can-do attitude. When we ran low on items, the staff was quick to replenish. When asked to do a small task, they didn't hesitate to get the job done wearing a smile all along. After the first breakfast of my 2-day event, when there were no long lines or bottlenecking at the doors, and plenty of food for 1,000 people, I knew I was in safe hands. I could breathe a sigh of relief and focus on the speakers' and attendees' needs, and not have to stress about the catering portion of the conference. I will hire Williamson every time I am in need of a caterer. Thank you Rick and your fabulous team!!
