Erick came out to do the survey. We were really impressed by his knowledge, speed of work, and great personality. He said he would call us the following week and come out to sketch a window plan. A week later I called him & he would not return my call. When my husband called him, he called right back. This guy is a misogynist! He still continued to lead us on and wasted a huge amount of our time during a project. If this guy was that busy he should have told us no - Can't do it.
