Disclaimer Alert: When faced with matters of which requires legal counsel, be cautious. It's to…read moreyour advantage to research every attorney. This attorney accepts the case, provides an outline as to what will be done, funds paid. He does just enough to get the case going, and comes to court a few times, and also missed a few without me knowing before hand, that he contacted the courts to change the date. Sure would've been good for the client to know this. I communicate with the attorney for the next couple of weeks to find out what's to occur, and he says (BLAh-BLAh). Okay we get to court, come to find out, for nothing again, literally in six minutes it was over. As we're walking out, I ask him what's going on, he kinda says out loud, remember we discussed (such and such), I'm looking at this man, and saying what are you talking about. He starts rambling much of nothing that made no sense at all. And I guess whatever delusion he was on, he snapped back, and said he has a different strategy, and just as the court for another date. The short of this is this, it got so bad, that my soon to be ex, got really concern about this attorney belligerent behavior, as a number of times during our conversations outside the court room, he could be heard yelling. So weeks and weeks I'm contacting him, this attorney was not doing anything. He got so upset once that he finally said, its not like your paid full price, wait a minute, $5,000 isn't chips in the bucket. more money, I wen to this attorney and paid for a service, and the services he were to provided. And he was still asking for more money, which I said, the funds will be paid, right now, the work hasn't been done at all. He gets so angry that because I am asking him to complete the work, he is now blaming me for even having the legal matters, (I'm totally thrown). He then calms down, and says he'll check and see what's going and let me know. I'm at a complete lost, I've done nothing wrong, and yet this attorney is blaming me, for having concerns about him having to do the work on my case, that he actually obliviously doesn't want to do, something is not right. So let me put this into this into the right order. I explained case details, he then went over the details of how to handle the case, I provided him with documents that would assist and provided a very decent amount. He calls back two days later, saying he has some findings and he will give them to when we go to family court, well guess what, he not only isn't there, but he has now walked out of my case; no type of notification. He misses court dates, will consistently state he's working on the case every now then, enough so he can try to keep the client calm. Subsequently his true business practices emerges, Disclaimer note- Again for information purposes. The attorney will do just enough to obtain large amounts of funds from his clients and not work on the said case, and if he had things his way, he would gladly throw his clients under a bus, as he did with me. What's the saying, when finding out your spouse has cheated once, they have done it more than that. And for the attorney to do this to me, its a familiar pattern, I am sure this isn't the first time, he was very smooth with it and had no care at all. This isn't the mission of integrity in which one who has been sworn, to advocate and protect the rights of the client, as well as the client being able to assist the attorney with the case. Oh nearly forgot, my case details/information, some of the files with-in the clerks office, was attached to someone else case, totally had no relevance at all. When I contacted the clerks office, they stated the information was input on by via my (attorney side). Now I don't about that, but I will exploring how this occurred. As with family cases, they are marked private and not available for general public. So now the biggest concern now for my children which is prevalent, I'll be trying for emergency just until I can get someone to help me again, because that $5 grand wasn't easy, and I don't have it like that to start over again. But let Martin Gilliam have any say about it, that was pennies, he said normally the charge is more for this kind of case.

I contacted this office seeking legal guidance on a traffic case and was surprised by how the call…read morewas handled. During my initial inquiry, the attorney raised his voice, spoke over me, and responded with visible irritation simply because I was asking questions about my situation. This was not a consultation--it felt dismissive and confrontational. Asking basic questions before retaining a lawyer should not result in being spoken down to. Professional communication and patience are fundamental qualities I expect from any attorney, especially during a first interaction. This review reflects my personal experience during a phone call. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to move forward and instead will seek representation from a firm that treats potential clients with respect and professionalism.

Dear Mr. Baker, Ira…read more Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation regarding these new hybrid school-zone tickets. That said, I would like to clarify that my concern was never about avoiding responsibility or disputing the outcome of the citation. I fully understand that the ticket had to be paid, and I accepted that. My review was based solely on the lack of customer service and the way my inquiries were handled throughout the process. For many years, regardless of whether it was a school zone or not, I have been a careful driver and have not received speeding tickets. This situation was unusual for me, which is why I reached out several times seeking clear information and guidance. Unfortunately, each time I called, the responses felt condescending, as if I were asking for a favor rather than seeking assistance from a service I had hired and paid for. I was also repeatedly placed on hold, which only added to the frustration. In the end, I spent more money by hiring your services and still paid the full amount of the ticket. While I understand that these new types of citations may be unfamiliar, professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication should remain consistent regardless of the circumstances. My feedback was intended to be constructive. If a client with a simple traffic matter felt intimidated and dismissed, it is concerning to imagine how someone with a more serious issue might feel. Thank you for your time and for acknowledging my experience. Sincerely, Luis Garcia

My brother and I started looking into acquiring Medicaid benefits, which was an incredibly difficult task. We soon realized that we needed an attorney that specializes in elder care to help us with this process. There are hundreds of elder care attorneys in the greater Miami area. We searched for reviews of different firms, but noticed that most of the recommendations were coming from other lawyers and colleagues. We wanted real-world recommendations from actual families, with stories similar to ours. We called Assisted Living facilities in the area and spoke to their managers. Several of them recommended Jason Neufeld with the firm Elder Needs Law. We decided to work with Jason and his staff. Jason and his staff are extremely efficient. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. They have answered all of our questions, (special thanks to Tracy Meli) and guided us through this process. Choosing Elder Needs Law was definitely a good decision for us. The Medicaid application process is very complicated, confusing and time-consuming. We could have NEVER navigated through these many processes by ourselves. Our mother has since declined medically, and now both our parents have been approved by Medicaid, thanks to Elder Needs Law. Our anxiety about how we can afford their care is gone and we can sleep at night. We highly recommend Elder Needs Law.
