Stephanie in particular, was very supportive and receptive to allowing me to choose and design my own template and backdrop. She even went above and beyond to make a new backdrop to suit my wedding aesthetic. It's honestly so stressful to plan a wedding and really rare to have a vendor be so client oriented. Picture Perfect Photobooth LA really took care of us: design, working with your aesthetic, and setup and cleanup was efficient and provided top quality photos and service. All my wedding guests kept telling us the photobooth was the highlight of the night!! My husband and I are very pleased with the quality and service we received from Picture Perfect Photobooth LA. The props were also good quality as well; the owners really try to deliver and execute the theme for your event. Also, those picture and design upgrades are definitely worth it!! We had planned my daughters wedding in Malibu and contacted Adrian of Giant Photo Booth. Their…read morequote and availability and yelp reviews sold it for us. Hiring a photo booth was a surprise since it wasn't in our daughters budget. We hired Giant photo booth for a wedding in October and it was the biggest mistake. The initial…read moresetup was great with a lot of expectations that weren't met. The reason I will not recommend Giant photo both is because 1. On the contract we were supposed to get two people to work the booth on the day but only got one person for a wedding of 170 people 2. Mid cocktail hour the machine broke down and stopped printing pictures for the remainder of the event 3. All of my guest who were promised an email copy never received them. So the feature does not work 4. The year was incorrect on ALL THE PICTURES We had a photo album that we wanted our guest to leave one of the duplicate pictures and note and had asked the associate to let people know as they came up but he never did. The person who worked our wedding was nowhere to be found most of the night. I was later told that he was talking to one of our guests a lot of the time instead of doing his job. When we called to complain about the horrible experience the associate that I will not name made us feel that we were in the wrong and felt bothered by our experience. We booked this company solely on the reviews but I should have done more research as I was told by two other guest at my wedding that they had a bad experience with this company also.

The owners remained on site the entire time operating the photo booth themselves, which made the experience feel even more personal and seamless. This is NOT your typical basic photo booth. Everything about it felt upscale and very technology-forward. They let you customize your backdrop and even choose the style of photos you want. I chose the magazine-style photo layout and the pictures came out BEAUTIFUL. These were not those small wallet-size photo strips you usually get from most photo booths. The photos were larger, high quality, and looked professionally done. They also brought a ton of fun props that my guests loved using. What I loved most is that their setup just felt elevated compared to other photo booth companies I've seen. I honestly would not be surprised if they raised their prices in the future because I haven't seen anyone else doing it like them. I will definitely be using Reflected Photo Booth again and referring them to all my friends and family. If you're considering another photo booth company, don't!!! Book them. You will not regret it!

Danielle was very nice and helped all of my guest with making sure they had their own prints. One thing was not too happy with was that since it was an outdoor event the sun shading effected some of the photos so it would have been nice if the photo booth had a top so the sun would not have caused some shading in our fun photos.
