Today we had Bryan's RV & Auto Detailing come out to wash our coach, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We left Memphis about two weeks ago and drove through three days of rain, so our coach was really showing it. The team arrived and got right to work, giving it a thorough, soapy wash from top to bottom. My wife and I had to leave for other plans, but they assured us they'd take great care of it. Later that morning, we received a text and a photo showing the finished job--and it already looked great. When we returned that afternoon and did a full walk‑around inspection, we were even more impressed. They did a GREAT job. Our Allegro Bus was absolutely shining, including the wheels and tires. Our Honda had rodent damage (chewed wires and tubing, feces and odor, they even chewed a hole in the gas tank). Another detailer wouldn't touch it. Bryan's worked with our insurance and took EVERYTHING out of the cabin, to eliminate all traces of the critters. They also covered access points with metal mesh and installed an electronic deterrent in the engine compartment. The car came out looking (and smelling) brand new. AWESOME WORK! read more

There was a communication issue between what was promised and what was done on a wash/wax on our 35' 5th wheel. The employee using the pressure washer was over zealous, causing enough water into the back of the refriigerator to trip the safety and bending one of the blades on the a/c unit on the roof. Moving around the trailer, they crushed the sewer hose in two spots. read more

We had a fabulous experience getting our Travel Trailer washed and waxed! It literally looked like it was new. We were out hiking when the guys came and we left the three roof vents open and they didn't get a drop of water inside!!! Edgar sent us before and after pictures because we weren't around and were as polite and pleasant as could be. I can't emphasize how pleased we were with the service and the results. When we showed up, we were informed "we're not taking appointments through the online system". it was almost christmas and all the other detailers were busy. we were about to be inundated with family and needed my old subaru cleaned up, for hauling guests around, even though bryan's promised to be over twice as expensive as the other detailers i'd spoken to. they kept the car over night, supposedly, so that it could dry. when i picked the car up the next day, they had lost my floor mats. but then i started noticing other things wrong. my driver side inside door panel was popped loose and rattled. my back hatch air springs no longer held the door up. the inside panel for the hatch was popped off and irreparably broken in several places. i feel as if they stripped my car of a bunch of nice parts, to restore some other subaru, and gave me all the junk parts. i can't prove that, but that's how i feel. read more

Marco and his team have now looked after three motorhomes that my wife and I have owned over the past several years. I don't trust many with the care of our home (we're full-timers), but Marco and his son Bryan have been impeccable. He comes to where we are, treats our coach as if it were his own, and notes any flaws or items needing attention for us. No "upselling" or unexpected add-ons. My car looked great when I picked it up but then I noticed the warning lights went on and, oddly, the gas gauge didn't work. I called and, to their credit, they said they could ask a mechanic friend to look at it. Next day, gas gauge started working again, and some warning lights went out, so I hoped all would be well when things dried out. No joy though - after a week or so with windows down for airing out, warnings came back on and engine began revving intermittently as if downshifting as soon as I hit 60mph. I took it to the shop and they found that so much water and cleaner had been used inside that the connectors inside the car had become corroded, causing random short-circuits to engine sensors. Finding and fixing those connectors cost more than the detailing. I'd say look elsewhere for detailing. read more

Why I won't return, honesty is the issue. There my be a few to many details but they factor in. From work I call to buy the best detailing package available, happy to spend the $189 + tax to get my wife a b day gift. Next is not a misunderstanding at all... the conversation goes "oh, not sure if we can manually enter your CC number on our Square system." That gets said twice. So I say fine, this involves me driving across town but based on reviews thought it would be worth it. I even said okay, kind of a long drove but then you can swipe my card & the reply is "good, we'll see you later." So I leave work early to be sure to get there before they close, & that costs me $. Get there, turns out they do not take credit cards at all. Not at all. Now if they won't be honest about that why should I want to do business with them? So to Squeaky Clean I went. read more

Marco worked for high end auto repair services as a detailer for years. Two family members took cars to him recently and both were 100% delighted by his service. One vehicle was a mouse-infested older truck which he completely cleaned out and refurbished. He took the seats out to get the carpets clean; he took up the carpeting without damaging it; he took the console around the gear shift apart to get it totally clean. He knows what chemicals and brushes to use on every surface in a vehicle interior to get the vehicle sparkling and looking like new. He works his way through all the hidden spaces in a vehicle's interior to get it spotless - and I do mean spotless. The other was a 15-year-old SUV with minimal cleaning during its lifetime. He carefully picked up all the things inside the car and put them back when he was finished. He cleaned the windshield without being asked and removed its white spots, which we had been absolutely unable to remove with all kinds of cleaning. The car looked almost new when he was finished it, including scratches and scuffs looking much less noticeable. It didn't look like the same car after his work on it. He has a good sense of the sequence of how to get a vehicle clean in an efficient manner. He only accepts cash, no credit cards, and you need to make an appointment and allow at least an hour for cleaning. Absolutely top notch service at an open, honest and fair rate. Definitely recommend Bryan's Auto Detail! Marco was a complete savior for a chaotic mess that happened inside our car. He had a thorough attention to detail and clearly cared about resolving everything as much as he could. While on a road trip stop in Santa Fe we came back to our car after a quick pit stop to find that our dog had gotten out of his crate and experienced diarrhea all over and under the passenger seat and door and on some of the driver seat. It was everywhere, collecting into little pools and flowing into all the nooks and crannies. Honestly, it was disgusting. This also happened at about 5pm and after explaining our situation over the phone to Marco he insisted he'd stay open for us to drive by and have him get started. He worked on it for a couple hours constantly updating us.
