Some doctors really should not be doctors and I feel like Dr. Kalisetti falls into that category…read more She's probably fine if you're completely healthy and never need to see anyone other than for a yearly checkup. Completely apathetic and makes it clear that she can't be bothered actually becoming familiar with you and your needs. For example, I went to her about a shoulder issue, she took an x-ray and sent an email saying "Looks like tendinitis. Hope you feel better." A month later, I told her that the pain was worse and that it really needed help and her response was to become agitated and snap at me that it was my fault because I wouldn't "let" her treat it. Not sure how saying, "Looks like tendinitis. Hope you feel better" is an attempt to treat it. Another example - she prescribed a medication to me and said that it might negatively impact my liver so she was going to order a blood test to check it once I started the medication. I started taking the medication, a few weeks later went for the blood test and when the results came back - she sent me an email saying that my liver results were elevated . . . nothing more. So I wrote back and asked if that was because of the medication and what it meant and she wrote back, "I don't know." :-| Seriously? SHE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER THAT SHE ORDERED THE TEST AS A WAY TO MONITOR WHETHER THE MEDICATION SHE PRESCRIBED WAS IMPACTING MY LIVER. Or . . . she didn't care. Either way . . . she should not be a doctor. Anyway, I have several other examples (like when I had an accident and messed up my foot/ankle and she did nothing other than wrap it - no crutches, nothing - and when I went for a follow up (with another doctor because she wasn't available) they sent me to an ortho doc and he said that Kalisetti should have sent me to him at the beginning; etc, etc., etc.) but, long story short, that was the final straw and I told PAMF that I didn't want her as my primary anymore and now have a great PCP there. He's awesome.

Natural herbs and acupuncture walk hand in hand. 3. She explains everything well from what she is doing to why she is doing it. The attention to detail is impressive. 4. As I mentioned in the beginning, she really does want to see you get well. She takes detailed notes about you every time you see her. 5. Trust is extremely important and Sarrah is amazing at making sure you are always comfortable and most importantly, safe. Fact is 3, 4 and 5 can be said about the entire staff of SC Sports Therapy. Dr. Steve is my chiropractor. Once I have a few more visits with him, I will do a full review for Dr. Steve but I can tell you that he is to chiropractic care what Sarrah is to acupuncture, nothing short of exemplary.

Always in good health, I thought I might start to need a great physician as I am getting older. I wanted access. I wanted someone approachable, compassionate and experienced. His staff also has the same high quality customer/patient service attitude. I receive personal phone calls immediately if I need help. Given the insurance crunch which leaves physicians very little time to focus on individual patients, signing on with a private MD is a very smart financial investment in yourself. I have been working with Dr. Gould since June of 2020. He has literally been my saving grace. Back…read morein 2016, I was in back to back car accidents and in 2018 I began having major cognitive challenges (struggled with basic math, spreadsheets, severe fatigue, etc.). I ended up going to the doctor where they discovered I had an autoimmune and thyroid problem, which my doctor said was the reason for the issues and challenges that I was having. The next year and half was spent trying to keep the "flare ups" at bay and I even went on the anti inflammatory diet (no gluten, no sugar, and no dairy). However, these "flare ups" were gradually getting worse and so was my cognitive function, to the point where it was severely affecting my job. I called my doctor in tears because I didn't understand why I was still having these problems and why they continued to get worse. He wanted to put me on anti depressants and anti anxiety medication, which I've never been diagnosed with having either. Shortly after, I found out that I also had Hashimoto along with my other autoimmune. The doctor had told me that I had Hashimoto my entire life and that my thyroid problem wasn't from the car accident (I initially thought all of these issues stemmed from the car accidents). That's when I began to realize that I could have potentially injured my brain in the two car accidents from 2016. By the grace of God, I discovered Dr. Gould, who confirmed that I don't have depression or anxiety, but something called post concussion syndrome. He began treating me and also putting me in touch with top doctors to get my autoimmune and thyroid back on track. He ensured that I was being treated properly for everything, not just my TBI. He helped guide me as far as what I need to do and who I need to see so that I can get the right treatment to move forward. Not only that, but Dr. Gould is the sweetest and kindest soul. He's very empathetic and understanding. He also explains things very thoroughly so that things make sense. He's extremely responsive and even called me back on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Dr. Gould and would even go as far to say that he is by far the best doctor that I have ever worked with. Because of him, I finally have my life back.
