I won't go into the details of what all happened but after giving the whole ordeal much thought I've decided it's her personality. She later tried to be nice to us saying she had done that job for many years and could see when someone is having "financial issues". So if you can overlook the front office person, you'll be treated by a wonderful Dr and his assistant. However $85 (even though I had a primary secondary and third insurance ... not Medicaid), for a cotton pad taped to the foot was a little high. I feel if I had presented an air of having more money, a more permanent fix might have been administered.

My toes are worse now than before. I am in pain. So I found this place and made an appointment for 11:30, we arrived at 11:00, did all our paperwork, and we're ready for our appointment. Unfortunately the doctor was not. At 12:30 we still hadn't been seen and the doctor was in with another patient. My husband said he heard one nurse put 2 others in front of us. I guess our time isn't as valuable as others. So, he requested a refund of the copay, cancelled our appointment, and we left. Unless you enjoy being pushed to the back of the line, I'd look elsewhere for help.
