This steak was extremely tough, not sure why sauce hollandaise sauce with serve with this meat, other than trying to cover up the toughness. It is a very nice place that serves mostly burgers and some home made cakes. We went for burger..and it was juicy..with just right amount of bread..delicious. We went for burger, colslaw and potato wedges combination. Colslaw was dissapointing a bit.too dry and way too much cabbage. This place is totally old-fashioned and a total experience. My main complaint was that you could smell the "fried" cooking on your clothes and hair because the air inside was permeated. Being at this restaurant felt like being a part of the community. Many local characters dropped in to get their snack/lunch to go. Everything was fried and it was hard to choose a reasonable amount of things to order and you also don't want to order too much because it's fried and if you're me, that leads to a stomachache. I recommend coming here for an authentic experience and to try their award-winning (a few years ago) eierball.

The falafel was excellent. I don't have much more to say than that except the food was good and be sure to try the hummus. Yum. There's not a huge selection of things on the menu but it was enough and also delicious. There is limited seating inside but since it was Sunday evening before closing, there were only a few other people there so we didn't have an issue. I also noticed that people were ordering for take out so it seems to be popular for that too.
