We were immediately impressed with the free quote and the estimate to have us charged per job, not per hour. We're on a monthly schedule now, but that first cleaning (again, neglected home) is what won me over. I came home to what I thought was an immaculate house. Only there was a note apologizing thhat it wasn't quite to their standards but they wanted to do their best to be gone by the time we got home. Seriously? However on one occasion the company sent two cleaners who showed up 2 hours early and wanted to clean and then did a poor rush job cleaning our house. We complained about this and the next time two other girls came and did a good job. Now that they are back to cleaning again the same two girls have been to our house twice. The first time they did a good job and my wife gave them a $20 tip. A few days later we got a call from the company asking if the girls did a good job and what they could have done better. I pointed out a few places we felt they missed but complimented their work. The second time everything seemed to go fine and we even had them clean the inside of our refrigerator for an extra charge. I asked them about cleaning the floor in the kitchen with a swifer wet jet every time and asked if possibly once in a while they could more thoroughly clean the kitchen floor. We gave them a $15 tip. So today, out of nowhere, I get a call from the company and they are dropping us as customers using the excuse that we are too picky about the work of their cleaners. They charge us $140 to clean our house which takes 2 1/2 hours for two girls to clean. I think the company feels they should only be here 2 hours and they aren't making enough money on our house. I don't recommend Shine & Sparkle if you want a really thorough cleancleaning service.

I had a very specific image I was going for and with their excellent selection and helpful staff (Lindy) it all worked out very well. Pricing was competitive and the overall experience was smooth. I also really like that they have nice white chairs that are more curved and fancy in the back. They looked fantastic and were actually REALLY comfortable. Much more attractive than other chairs we had looked at. On our wedding day (MID JULY!) it was raining and so we had to last minute order a tent for the table area. All Star was SO helpful and kept me from having a melt down. I'd highly recommend All Star for any rental needs.

When we called, they told us they thought we had cancelled. We had email verification from "Lindy" as recently as the day before the event, confirming details. I was told that all their trucks were already on the road and that there was nothing they could do. To say we were left in a bind is putting it mildly. Save yourself some stress: Go with someone else. You don't want to be left high and dry two hours before your event with no solution in sight.
