They claim my neighbor said he would do his side. But when I looked outside there was still snow on the ground. I asked for half my money back since I contracted l them for the whole drive. I asked for half of what I paid back. Originally they were going to give me half of my money back. It would take 2-5 business days. It's been 5 and I still haven't received my money. When it snowed again they offered to come "in a couple of hours" at noon. At 2:45 I texted and called and got no response. I texted again a 4 and called again no response. So I told them to just give the money back and I would find someone else. At 5:30 I got a text saying he was on his way. When I said that I hired someone else I got the response "Wow" "I said it would be a few hours he was at another site, my goodness".
