Parents have been dealing with this company for years and I have no idea why. The internet service is not available at times, if it is available it's slow. The technicians (one was very nice on the phone a couple of years ago) are unhelpful because they don't do service calls, and they are not available for support on holidays. Internet cuts out 40% of the time. Service isnt reliable or consistent. I'd switch to Eastlink if it was available in a rural area. Unfortunately bruce telecom happens to be the only company available. read more

I've been with them for over a year and am very, very happy. I've only had one minor issue during that time which was quickly resolved. The internet is faster than posted based on using two different sites to measure the speed test. Most of the channels I receive are in HD and are very clear (as clear as cable from my perspective). And with the phone, they also provide a free 800 number that allows family and friends to call free from anywhere in North America. I have recommended them to a few friends and they are very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them!!! read more
