She hammered us with questions from her sellers but literally answered our questions one time, after that she told our realtor we are annoying and was no longer accepting questions! Follow that up the day before closing her sellers left all sorts of junk in the house and we asked it to be removed and she threw a hissy fit and had her MIL also call and chew out our realtor. Then she had the balls, THE SAME NIGHT, to ask our realtor what we would offer her sellers if they were to leave an adjustable bed and head board in the house, we made a reasonable offer and then she literally tried to negotiate the price, MIND YOU, this was after we had been asked about this damn bed frame and headboard at least 5 times over the last 3 weeks.... Unbelievable. Now we just met a couple who also had to buy a house from her, they asked her a question for her sellers, she wouldn't answer - later in years she somehow ran into them and was talking about doing realty work and mentioned how this one time she had buyers that asked this stupid question and was talking how stupid it was, that question - was the people she was talking to had asked her way back. She's a horrible person. Don't use her to sell, she will alienate buyers, and don't buy from her, she's garbage.

Horrible experience, long waits. We were planning to start with only the roof as it is a large…read morebuilding. There were many conversations that made it clear by the end of the project we wanted a fully completed barn. The steel for the roof finally arrived and they ordered the wrong color. Instead of making them send it back, we agreed to use that for siding. They never told us the trim around overhead doors, soffit and fascia should have been completed prior to siding. A quote for overhead door trim, soffit and fascia was not discussed or received at that time, we were never informed of the proper sequence. As homeowners and not contractors, we did not know the proper sequence and should have been told BEFORE the siding went up. We did not know until a family member stopped out and said something. The crew didn't speak English or pretended not to speak English when we tried to ask questions. My husband then immediately contacted the owner directly and asked him to come out and look at it and talk. I witnessed my husband telling Aaron face to face he was unhappy with how the work was done and he is denying any knowledge of there being issues. I later sent an official complaint in writing (which included a request for them to work with us on a resolution) via certified mail with confirmed delivery and they didn't bother to respond. The incorrect sequence of how the work was completed led to an extra thousands of dollars to get it completed by someone else. The owner Aaron is a crooked liar and will deny entire conversations with you. He was told there were issues on the phone, in person, and in writing. He gave his word to make it right but never followed through. Don't do business with this company- they only want your money and don't care about doing right by their customers. It's been over a year, we have paid in full, and they have been unwilling to do anything to make it right. They respond with "this is the first time any issues were brought to our attention," which is a lie and we have proof. They never had any intention of making it right.

Now, I was told by Lesa, my sales lady, that this warranty would cover everything, even sitting on the furniture with a knife in my pocket and cutting the furniture by accident. It was delivered in Nov of 2013. By late 2014/early 2015 the recliner started showing some cracking at the head of the back. By April 2016 I contacted Rooms and Rest and told them if my concerns. Natasha, the Customer Care Manager, had me call Montage Furniture Services, the company that offers the Protection Plan, which by the way cost $269.99. I was told that the protection doesn't cover the sort of damage that I was experiencing. So no one wants to claim responsibility. To me this is not normal wear and tear. This is a defect in a product that should be sustainable. The arms and seat of the chair are PERFECT, but the head, that is used way less, is the place that suffered the cracking and subsequently the shedding of leather. We have to put a towel up there when sitting in the chair unless we want to walk around with pieces of leather in our hair and on our clothes. I don't know what I'll get from this post and correct me if you think I am out of line. Actually don't. I'm so p@&#ed about the whole thing, I may chew you a new one. At the very least a PSA to all of you to beware of warranty and sales terms. Especially from #RoomsAndRest and #MontageFurnitureServices I won't be making any more purchases from them anytime in my lifetime.

This man is a lousy good for nothing landlord who will only take advantage of you and your money. I rented a mobile home from him for 3 years and he would never fix anything. We called him on multiple ocassions to fix water leaks and they never got fixed. Also in the winter our pipes froze every other day and this so call landlord or as i like to call him a slumlord would not come for days to fix the problem. After all this he asked us to move out because he was selling the place. He then asked us to move out half a month early and so we did. When we went back up to the mobile home to finish getting our stuff and clean the place he had already torn down the steps so there was no way for us to get into the place to move the rest of our stuff or clean the mobile home. Guess what this slumlord took the remainder of our stuff and dumped it on my mother in laws lawn (i mean i got my stuff but really) maybe he should have gave me more time to get my stuff out. Then he filed for a garnishment against me for 1800 dollars money i did not owe him for any reason as he sold the mobile home we lived in. This guy is a peace of work thats for sure.
