My husband and I are both teachers, and although they advertise a teacher discount on their website, they never mentioned it to us knowing this information.When I brought it up, they stated the discount "tops out" at $100, which was not clearly stated online. I approved the repairs for the A/C along with a coolant flush that they recommended. However, within one day of getting my car back, the A/C was already blowing warm air while idling. I checked the coolant myself and noticed it was extremely low and nowhere near the proper level. When I called, they told me to bring the car back in. After looking at it again, they quoted me an additional $900 and claimed my dual cooling fan had failed. My husband pointed out that the issue may have been caused by the coolant not being properly filled after the service. Now, just two weeks later, my A/C no longer works at all.
