When E came he was efficient, very fast, he knew what he was doing and effortlessly disassembled my futon. E was friendly but also very professional and helpful. He also came a day earlier then scheduled as he had a cancellation. He called me and asked me if I would like him to come that day. If you forget detergent, bleach or fabric softener, they have some you can purchase. The machines are coin operated and they will make change for you.
