In most cases, even for a small home, the quoted package does not fully clean all main ducts or cold air returns without added costs and before you know it, it is more than double your original cost. They are aware of this and start upselling as soon as they walk in the door and can be quite pushy. I felt like i was caught by marketing that knows you will need to spend more than quoted. I suggest you get a written quote prior to them starting the work so that you are aware of the final cost. I was surprised by the final bill.

BEWARE OF DOMINION CARPET CLEANERS - COMPLAINT…read more We had dominion carpet cleaners come to our home for a small cleaning job. -6 Steps on flight of stairs -a small 4x6 landing -a hallway -one bedroom in the basement. For some reason the cleaner, Mario, failed to clean the hallway and the downstairs bedroom. This was very bizarre for a supposed experienced cleaner. We complained and another cleaner was sent to complete the work. A few days latter my daughter noticed that her night stand drawer had been rummaged through AND $170 US dollars were taken from an envelope she had in her drawer. A necklace was also missing along with some ear rings that looked like diamonds, but weren't. Her bus tickets were also missing. I'm curious as to how the cleaner spent his time at our home... Of course no one saw Mario take anything. However after he left our home money and some jewelery were missing. No other strangers were in the house. I called Dominion carpet cleaners and explained my concerns and the sales lady I was speaking with said I should call the police. They weren't interested in what I had to say. I was told Mario had been with the company for a while and she doubts he would take anything. I explained that people in higher positions than Mario steel everyday and that anything was possible. I can't speculate as to what, if any, issues, problems, reasons, someone would have for steeling. I was told the manager would call me back, but hasn't as of this writing. All the police are doing to do is take a report as no one saw anything being taken, however it's not hard to figure out what happened. My daughter had been saving money for a family trip and now her money, along with jewelry is missing. Also bus tickets? How low can someone go. I would just like to warn others if they decide to use dominion carpet cleaners.

They did not remove any stains from the carpet, he did not even move any furniture to complete the basement carpet clean. Upon calling to complain, the manager never even spoke to me directly and somehow was "out" the 4 days I attempted to speak with someone. I was told they would have the manager return my call, instead the assistant sales rep answered my call on the 4th day and stated the best they could do is return 100$. This then means one man who did 18 minutes of service, which included filling his carpet cleaner for a majority of it with water will be paid 118$? TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
