Waiting times are extremely long even if you made an appointment. Anyway I tried to make an appointment for my annual and also I've been feeling dizzy so urgent care told me to go to my pcp. The lady at the front desk was being very rude raising her voice and tries to convince me that I need to see the physician assistant instead and wouldn't allow me to visit for my annual because I came in for one 11 months ago. I'm tired of these kind of conversations from that office. Finding another pcp. This is office is a joke.
