Dr. Bollinger is a great doctor. Takes his time, patient, explains things, listens, etc. However his office staff particularly his front desk person needs a lot of work. She is short, rude and acts like you are bothering her. I had a total of 5 appts. with Dr. Bollinger and every experience was great except for the front desk. At my last visit i was the 3rd appt. of the day and the 3rd to arrive. She skipped over me and took the 4th and 5th. After 30 minutes of waiting i inquired why she skipped me and how much longer it would be, she offered no explanation or apology for her mistake and again act as if I was bothering her. After another 20 minutes (now 50 after my appt. and 55 after my arrival) I inquired again as none of the 4 patients who had gone back had left yet. Again with the annoyed attitude, no apology or explanation. I drove over an hour there and back each time. Thats a minimum of 3 hours off work for each appt. At that point I asked for my chart and a referral to a doctor on my ins closer to home to be sent to me. Its a shame as Dr. Bollinger is a great doctor. read more
