The lady here at the shop tonight was very unpleasant. She was very rude. I wasn't greeted at the door, neither when I sat down. I know when you have existing clients you will chitchat with your client. I was uncomfortable listening to them talk. I personally think their conversation was inappropriate. I tried to drown out their conversation. But they included me, by looking at me after asking each other an open ended question. The lady threading my eyebrows was unnecessarily rough on my face. After she was done removing my unwanted hair, I was not offered any cooling gel or alcohol for my face. When she asked for payment she was tapping on her desk referring me to hurry up with taking my cash out to pay. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Also there is still hair on my eyebrows and upper lip that I had asked to be threaded. And I payed for this service. Very very unpleasant.
