Sirianni isn't bright enough to realize when appointed counsel is mandated at both the county and state levels. He allowed Judge Justin Walker to rule on a custodial interference case. The problem is I have no children and am not associated with any children. The original prosecutor only applied the penal code because "he was not letting me leave the building without a felony." (David Scott) I would have had to have crossed an international border for it to be federal law, with children I don't have in tow. Not only did he (Siriani) abandon the case, he allowed limited and omitted inculpatory/ exculpatory discovery to reach the US Supreme Court, or not reach it for that matter. He further sent information to the wrong assistant AG, who himself had a direct conflict of interest at both the county and the state levels and was not appointed. The same assistant manipulated said documentation as well as fabricated inculpatory evidence. In what appears to be an effort to conceal a mistake likely made by his sister Fran on Christmas Day, Siriani took information from me and resubmitted opposition to an R&R. The original submission was not approved by me nor did I know about it. The information from the Magistrate already contained manipulations and fabrications spanning the county through the high court in the state of Kentucky. This includes multiple screenshots. Brownstone law ignored every email and phone call I provided instructing as much. It also failed to realize that the state switched the charges in its own likely effort to avoid what appears to be potential fraud which would have likely resulted in forfeiture. He further submitted the wrong style of habeas to all federal courts and further switched the relief mechanism immediately prior to submitting. This will also serve to include information I did not provide him or the firm. In addition to this, he permitted his staff to submit documentation I did not approve because it wasn't based on facts. By definition, he submitted falsified documentation as well as perjury while omitting multiple documents from the attorney general to the appellate and Supreme Court's. The US Supreme Court did not receive full discovery. The attorney general for the state never answered Brownstone Law and to date, has not applied his signature to the case. Fran, his sister and Chief of personnel, allowed the US Magistrate judge to sign off on the withdrawal of counsel from said case. The federal judge did not sign the document. In doing so the Magistrate signed off on fraud among other mitigating factors. Sirianni then informed me he was going to call me to speak to these matters and never did. By definition at both the county and state levels, no appointed jurist handled the case. An act of fraud on behalf of the state. Sirianni didn't even address the switch of charges by the state, nor did he address the obvious handwritten changes the state had made on documentation submitted to the US Supreme Court. So much so that he overlooked that the unappointed prosecutor had labeled herself as the defense attorney and apparently changed the ink color on the document. Siriani also failed to recognize two separate pages with falsified information with two separate pieces of information concerning said indictments. He also failed to recognize two separate documents specific to bond payouts. Neither of which had the correct date. No receipt for bond has ever surfaced in the case. The bond hearing was held before a deceased judge without me present.
After he abandoned me, Justice Ginsburg's case law was used by me in order to maintain statute. In addition to this, circuit executives in two separate jurisdictions were contacted by me providing accurate information whereas Brownstone law had omitted. Strong no recommend. I have volumes of information containing potential felonies and clear fraud among other potential misconduct. read more
