I asked why they never called to let me know. I got off work early to be home for them and they tell me at 7:00pm that they are on their way. This is unacceptable. They had no respect for me or my time. They don't have the courtesy to just let someone know they're going to be late. They have also not called since then to try to reschedule. I will not do business with people that have such poor character. I will hire someone else.
