One thing we've realized is that the company came twice a month but instead of making sure the yard was completed with quality they would be in and out after 15 mins. I'm no fool, but I do know it shouldn't take (for a full yard, with multiple shrubs and trees) 15 minutes to complete everything. It seems to me the workers were more concerned about getting the job done than the quality of how my yard now looks. The workers never raked any leaves, never mulched any leaves, instead they just used a leaf blower to blow all of the leaves. They blew them underneath all of my shrubs and bushes. Now I have to pull 8 dead shrubs and bushes out of my yard because the leaves that weren't mulched at all killed my plants. And from time to time I would catch them smoking cigarettes on my back porch, relaxing in my outside furniture. I don't know who runs this company and I do not care to ever meet any of them. It's been two weeks (as of today) that my fiance and I are out in the yard trying to finish raking and mulching leaves on top of getting on a 30 foot ladder to trim and cut the shrubs and bushes that should have been taken care of before. We do not have the time to be outside in the yard all day fixing this company's mistake. Never will we use this company again, and never will I recommend this company to any one. I have never seen a landscaping and lawn care service that had a 5 man work crew with crappy yard work quality and no compassion.
