Finally once I had an appointment set they would call that morning to see if they could come early or not show up at all with no phone call. I needed a third treatment and because I didnt call within their alloted 14 days I was going to be charged another $50. Then my final treatment was to be done within 14 days of the third treatment and would be free, well they cancelled on me that Mon. and rescheduled for Thurs. Come Thurs I waited an hour after they were supposed to arrive to call the office. The man told me his employees were still sick and he forgot to call me. When I expressed the inconvenience it is to cage up my animals and leave my kitchen in a disarray, he laughed! I believe they blew me off because this final treatment was free. My overall experience has led me to the conclusion that they're unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend them at all
