We needed a plug put in our outbuilding for our RV and we had an issue with a plug in the house. Eathan was very nice and very professional. He had us test the RV to make sure the new plug worked. Then he had to figure out why the plug in the house wasn't working. He thoroughly investigated and eventually fished a new connection through the wall. Just a note - we recently bought this house and had no idea the plug in the guest bath wasn't connected to anything. Eathan got it working and cleaned up his mess after. We are very pleased with the service and won't hesitate to use them again.

I will update once everything is done. So second update. The panels were installed on September 30th and it looks great. Jimmy texted me to let me know what time I should expect the installers to show up. He even informed me that he would show up him self a little bit latter in the day to check on everything. They started around 9am in the morning. They introduced themselves to me and let me know what they were going to do and what to expect. As the day progressed they kept me informed and also were awesome to show me what they were doing and asking if I had questions on anything. My kids were watching them through the windows and everyone was so cool that they waved and smiled at my kids. Jimmy even showed up talked to me and what was really cool was to see that the owner had brought everyone lunch. They finished up around 5ish and picked up all of there stuff and made my place look like it was when they left. By far this was a awesome experience with the owner and the crew. I had my boiler serviced by J Fries three times since October; I've been down there several times…read moreopening the valve to release the pressure like Jim showed me to do when they were installing a new expansion tank (something that felt odd to me, constantly having to run down to do but it's my first time with a boiler system) it was taken out on me when they cracked my pipe when replacing the expansion tank, and I said I wasn't gonna pay for that. It felt awkward the rest of the time they were in my home. Now It's been below zero outside and my boiler still needs to be serviced. The next week water pressure went down throughout my house and Now I've had two plumbers come out and the city saying the boiler pipe has pumped 56,000 gallons of water under my house since the first week of February, the week after they cracked my pipe.
