It's not very often that we reply to reviews, but we feel as a professional business, we should address this comment in defense to our work ethic and integrity. I'm sorry that you believe you were treated poorly, but your review is very far from honest. From the moment our men stepped foot onto your property you treated them inhumane and was emotionally and verbally abusive to them. YOUR cameras caught the interactions of you verbally abusing them from your garage. As any human, they noticed your anger escalated quickly and they attempted to de-escalate the situation by leaving and keeping you and themselves safe. You refused to allow them to leave which was holding them hostage. The "camera footage" was reviewed and the case was dismissed because nobody assaulted you. The job was paid for by another person who specifically wanted you off of his property and PAID for the job and told them not to give you the keys to the u-haul. Again, he paid for the job and the u-haul. This job was NOT paid for by you, but someone EVICTING you. I would like to address a few other things. You home was filthy, unsafe, and a serious hazard to our men. Your items were cheaply made and you had a dresser that you taped shut for them to try to move, which they informed you would not hold up. The Gatorade bottle that said mike? We don't have an employee named Mike, so try again on that one. As for accusing our men of being a predator, that is slander. None of our men have a criminal background of pedophilia. I can assure you we have moved thousands of people and our men being fathers themselves, would always insure the safety of children. As for your stolen medication? I don't think was stolen at all, but probably all taken by you which would point out your complete irrationally behavior. The fact that everything was dropped from the police, and that you used two fake names to leave these reviews are enough to rest our case. We our grateful for our customers. I can assure you your one review of complete slander has not affected our business and our awards of best of the best.

I began renting from MyStorage in May 2023. In June 2023 I moved to out of state and was only able…read moreto move 1 of my units at that time, this is when I first found mice and rat droppings in my units, damage to my belongings, mice/rat urine on the boxes, rodent nests made from the the furniture blankets and boxes chewed through. I recorded mice actively running in the hallways of the building, many doors to the buildings no longer closed and were wide opened, the security gate was open and not operational. When I spoke to Shonda, all she could say was we have pest control and we are not responsible for damage and that she would let the pest control people. Not once did the management or owners attempt to make the situation right, nor did they inform me that they were now offering new renters (at renter expense) insurance that covered rodent damage. Lets jump to Aug 2024, I was finally able to come back to the unit to get the rest of my things, I found the fence and gate had been taken down and all security measures to the buildings removed, doors to the unit wide open. Many units were empty with great trepidation I opened my unit to a massive amount of rodent damage, nesting, urine, droppings on all of my belongings. There comment is what do you care you are moving out when I asked about the lack of security and damage. Another tenant was moving out and she actually found dead rats in her unit. She also rented originally with Lance. What ever you do DO NOT EVER RENT STORAGE UNITS AT MYSTORAGE they don't care about you or your belongings!
