She gave me excellent information and customer service. However, right before the policies were to go into effect, she left and I was working with another agent. After I had received several quotes from Katie, this other agent sent me new quotes for more money. Then, after I paid my auto insurance policy in full I received a bill from them stating that they didn't charge me enough and I owed more money. This particular agent made a derogatory comment about Katie, and those two things initially set off the red flag. The final straw was when I had sent several emails to both this agent and The owner of the company, April, and did not receive any replies. This has gone on numerous times without a response from this company. Customer service is severely lacking. I feel that if I can't even get good customer service for basic questions, that I can't rely on them if a claim ever arose. Therefore, I changed my insurance carrier after only two months to Rockingham insurance. The agent that I'm working with there, Joe, responds in a quick manner and always answers all my questions in A pleasant manner.
