Terrible....kids and parents, ask yourself why there have been 3 deans in 3 years. 8 week classes…read moreare attrition not learning. instructors dont teach, you teach yourself. DEI is heavy influence! Why is it a competition it is a tech school. I have had a university degree. This was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. I cried with my instructors....literally. No help when the school charged me out of state tuition when I live here in Green Bay. No availability for appointments in any departments. If you think they care, let me tell you otherwise. Go ahead, some degrees maybe, the blogs are inaccurate. I would never send my child to this tech school

The one star review is for the financial aid office. My wife's experience with her education has…read morebeen very positive at NWTC, and frankly we have had no complaints until the start of this past semester. The tuition isn't cheap but is much more affordable than any of the four year colleges. It is a great option for working adult students (which also describes my wife). However, despite filing for student loans/ aid in a timely manner, there was a delay for the fall semester in processing her loan. In addition to her tuition costs which we can't afford out of pocket, she had taken out extra funds to cover the cost of travel for clinicals, uniform costs and miscellaneous expenses which can add up quickly. Because of this delay, an additional $1000 (per week!) was put on her account while the problem was being figured out. instead of paying $5000 for the semester, she was stuck paying $7000 because the loan processing was delayed due to issues outside of my wife's control. She contested the hold on her account but the loan processed and deducted the $2000 in fees they had applied to her account. She now has to pay for expenses she had planned to fund with student loans out of pocket. Thankfully she did request more or her tuition would still not be paid and she likely would have been forced to drop out of the program. Despite the good education at this school, unless you have $20k plus that you can afford to pay out of pocket for a 2 year program, don't expect the financial aid office to work with you.

The instructors and courses themselves were fine for the most part-the biggest issue with this…read moreschool is the administration. The financial aid office is a chaotic nightmare and I don't think I've ever seen such incompetence and confusion in my life. On any given day if you ask a simple question, you will get a completely different response from everyone that works in the office. No one knows what's going on including the director. Student services is awful as well and so much misinformation comes out of that office. If you reach out to upper administration such as Chancellor or Dean of Students-they don't respond. This school is all about the mighty dollar and nickel and diming their students to de*th every chance they get. Pick another school. There are so many other options out there.

I would give this university a negative rating if that were possible. I chose UWGB because it was…read moreclose to home and more affordable than many of the other schools I was looking at. I honestly wish I would have just paid more money for a higher quality education and a staff that was more concerned with my wellbeing. Housing is a major issue, and the housing staff does not do their jobs to the best of their ability as there is a serious shortage of on campus housing, and the current buildings could use some serious upgrades. Students pay thousands of dollars a year to attend and live on this campus, the least you could do is provide them with safe and clean living environments. If you're lucky, you'll get one or two professors that actually care about you, and want to help you succeed, but for the most part, the teaching staff is rude, under qualified, overpaid, and unable to work simple technology. As far as administration goes, this place is a joke. I had conflicts with students to the point where I was being severely harassed and stalked and nothing was done to stop these people or ensure my safety on campus. They go out of their way to tell you how safe and friendly the campus is on tours, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Don't be fooled like I was, go somewhere else. Even a technical college would be a better choice to pursue an education. This place is a waste of your time and money.

Professors genuinely care about their students and consistently go above and beyond. Small class sizes meant real engagement, thoughtful discussion, and mentorship that extended well beyond graduation. Student life is one of SNC's biggest strengths. Whether it was joining organizations, attending campus events, or just hanging out along the Fox River, there was always something happening and always a community to plug into. It's the kind of campus where you actually feel like you belong. Athletics also play a huge role in campus culture. Whether you're an athlete or a fan, the energy around games and events brings the college together in a really special way. The school spirit is real. One of the things I valued most was how connected the college is to the surrounding community. From service opportunities to partnerships with local organizations, SNC encourages students to get involved and make an impact. It made the Greater Green Bay Area feel like a true second home. And affordability. St. Norbert offers helpful financial aid and scholarship opportunities. The support I received made the college not only accessible, but a smart investment in my future. They meet students where they are, which is something not every school can claim. Go Green Knights!
