They reached out to us a few days before our closing asking us to provide them documents that they did not request in time otherwise they would have to push the closing date. Then showing up at closing we were scheduled the same time as the buyer which was unprofessional since there is so much personal info discussed not to mention waiting for the buyer to sign their documents before ours.
