The person who answered was friendly and honest about the amount of time it would take him to meet me. He called once to check on me after we set the appointment. When he got there, he was very professional and got my vehicle on the truck without any further damage. He gave me a ride to the dealership and was very professional and friendly. After having had a very bad day, it was an absolute pleasure meeting and dealing with the driver. I definitely recommend them.

My 86 year old grandmother, aunt and 2 young boys were left stranded at a mcdonalds after their enterprise rental broke down in the morning. There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job. In this process the anti theft system kicked in and kept going off. Discount towing shows up to help the car next to us who had locked their keys in their car. After completing that job, the guy stayed to help us. He immediately knew how to use our keys to get it out of anti theft mode. Then he used gadgets from his truck to test our battery and alternator. He then jumped our car with another gadget so we could get to the store and get a new battery. He was very pleasant and very helpful. He could have left after his other job was done but chose to help us. This says a lot about the kind of people they are. We are very appreciative and would recommend their services to others!

Do not go with Fleming Auto Salvage and Wrecker Service!…read more I called for a tow due to a simple flat tire that needed replacing. Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages. I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn't be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I am a mother of two, one with special needs and I require safe and reliable transportation... after paying for the tow, the owner, Cliff has refused any responsibility for the damage as a direct result of the removal of my vehicle, the cost of the repairs is now 1800$. With it being so close to the holidays, this is more than problematic! I asked him for an estimate before buying the parts, but he didn't offer one. When he got to our house to start I asked again for an estimate, to which he replied "I'll be fair ". When the job was done, 3 hours later he asked for $400. I was shocked, but paid him anyway. That's about 135/ hr. In my view, that's a lousy way to do business-especially when dealing with a repeat customer.
