Llame para cancelar, que no me sentía segura en lo que me iban a poner ese ácido, la Sra Ana, insistía que no solo era ácido sino ellos le aplicaban un producto secreto de ellos, peor aún más insegura me sentí por eso mismo me acerqué a la oficina para que me devolvieran mi dinero que di en adelanto los $500, de los cuales la Sra Ana, indicó que no me podía devolver, porque ella ya compro el producto, que la estoy perjudicando, le dije que no me iba a realizar el relleno con ese ácido y que en todo caso me cobre la penalidad respectiva por no realizarme el tratamiento, que por favor hablara con el dueño para que me devuelvan mi adelanto los $500 y pagar la penalidad. Supuestamente hablo con el dueño y le indicaron que me devuelva la mitad $250, yo quede en ese momento en shock pagar una penalidad de $250 sin haberme realizado ningún tratamiento ni recibir algún servicio, me sentí estafada, engañada, sólo quería salir corriendo de ese lugar. Results: The results were INCREDIBLE. I have a few acne marks which I've tried to lighten with chemical peels (I've gone up to 70%), and nothing has worked as well as the laser peel. The first time I did it I was red for one full day. The following day, it looked like I got a sunburn. I even went out to the bar the following evening without makeup and my skin was FLAWLESS. If you looked closely, you could see the track marks from the laser. The second time I did it, I was red for a few hours, and fine that evening. I have my third appointment for next week, so I expect similar results.
