Before making my appointment, Eve was accommodating, she answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and explained what I could expect from the procedure. She was patient with me from the get-go, highly professional, knowledgeable, and as an aside, personable. As we discussed and prepared for the procedure Eve put a numbing agent on my brows. The reclining chair I was in for the procedure made me feel as though I was at a spa. The microblading itself took about 45 minutes to one hour. I closed my eyes and relaxed as Eve went to work. I didn't feel any pain during or after the procedure. Eve has a light touch. After 45 minutes, give or take, my brows were completed. I was so excited to see what my "new eyebrows" looked like, what my "new face" looked like, I should say. I couldn't believe my eyes - I instantly fell in love with my eyebrows. At first they will be dark and pronounced/loud. Don't be alarmed, this is temporary. Your brows will go through changes throughout the healing stages. Make sure to follow Eve's aftercare instructions. Eyebrows are so important in framing your face. Everyone has a different face shape, so it is best to let Eve measure exactly where to start, where your arch should be and the tail of the brow, together with the look you'd like to achieve for your best microbladed eyebrows. I don't necessarily mind that, but it would have been helpful if it was explained more clearly when I booked. The message I received said, "It's a private property, go to your right when you arrive." Since most businesses are technically on private property, that wasn't very specific. I purchased a Groupon for a single-process color, cut, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry, and booked my appointment for 12 p.m. about a week in advance. I arrived around 11:50 but wasn't taken until about 12:25. Not a huge issue, but the wait felt longer since it was warm inside and a bit uncomfortable. Once seated, I explained what I wanted, but then had to wait again before someone came from the back to start my color. She didn't make much conversation, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it made the experience quieter than I'm used to in a salon. After the dye was applied, I noticed the timer stopped working at some point, but eventually it was time to wash it out. The wash itself was nice--the shampoo and conditioner smelled great. My haircut, however, felt rushed. I only wanted my dead ends trimmed, but another stylist stepped in and seemed to finish in under five minutes. For the blow-dry, the stylist who did my color also handled this part. She took her time, sectioned my hair carefully, and overall did a good job, though there were a couple of moments where my neck was tugged a bit. All in all, it's a decent little salon. They also offer nail and facial services, which I noticed while I was there.

I only needed a manicure and Jayson did it for me. It was good. I mentioned that it was my first time and I got (I think) 20% off. It might have been 10%. I paid extra for the polish that is supposed to last a week. Well, it lasted 5 days. Maybe I'll give them another shot in the future but not worth paying extra for the long lasting polish.
