Her spa area was so peaceful and lovely with a warming table and lovely soft sheets. She's a master aesthetician and after checking in with me about my current skincare routine she knew exactly how to treat my skin. I especially appreciated how comfortable she made me feel. I've felt judged by other aestheticians for my skincare routine or lack thereof, but Lauren was incredibly non-judgmental while also sharing her expert knowledge about healthy skincare with me. The facial itself was incredible! Her hands are magic and my skin loved everything she put on it. I'm sure from how wonderful I felt that it also had a profound effect on my lymphatic system. I felt like I was floating on a cloud for hours afterwards and my ten year old son even noticed and commented on my glow when I picked him up from school! If you haven't been in Thesis yet it's a beautiful shop with heavenly products. I love their Marie Veronique line which is non-toxic, gentle and very effective on my mature skin. The Vitamin C+E+Ferulic acid serum is a staple of my skincare. It's helped reduce my hyperpigmentation and my skin is much smoother. I highly recommend Thesis and Lauren. Lauren and Liz, the other aesthetician who works there, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They have lots of lovely products. I'm so glad to have found my go to skincare spot!

I've had my lashes done by another company and have had absolutely no issues with burning. The…read moreglue they use at this place burns like hell; and the owner Jen insists that's normal. From my previous experience of having my lashes done for two years at another place: burning is NOT normal!! I had to take a break from getting my lashes done because of inflammation of my eyes when I've gotten them done here. I convinced myself this was "due to something else" and gave Mix Salon the BENEFIT of the doubt. Months later I come back and it burns again; with yet another visit to the doctors office. Be careful. Parking sucks- horribly; though that's not something the place controls. It's not their fault they're located at a place that'll nearly guarantee you're late if you drive. So leave like, an hour early from your appointment. Pricing is very shady: the appointment app they use will hook you with "special offer deal", and randomly change your appointment time. By the time it's too late to cancel the promotion suddenly disappears and your card is charged the normal price! Difference of nearly $100 counting the tip they automatically charge. The owner Jen has been doing lashes for years: but she moved away and left the place to her associate. She "manages" from afar; while still being able to text you in a manner that's unprofessional. But that's just me. In summary: 1. Every single time it burns!! 2. Appointment booking is really shady. 3. Prices are "cheap" but end up sky high with automatic charging and automatic tip regardless of whether you think it's botched or not. 4. Owner moved away leaving the place to a girl with less experience. 5. Parking sucks. Leave an hour in advance. Or uber/public trans it. That's if you're willing to take the risk with the burning, eye inflammation, and wallet assault. We can all do better.

She has such a skill for making my lashes and spray tan look natural. Its perfect for my job as a personal trainer and a full-time nurse. People always compliment me on my lashes and say that I am glowing - its nice with my busy schedule to wake up in the morning and just feel beautiful without having to put any effort in. I usually tell people who compliment me that my tan and eyelashes are actually fake and they are shocked - they usually end up getting Jenny's contact information because she is just the best. The only thing to learn about fake eye lashes if it is your first time is to read about eyelash cycles. Be sure to take care of them - no oils on your face and you will be fine. Its the a way better investment than mascara. My last comment is on the ionic foot bath - i did it for the first time and didn't feel any different immediately after but the next day i slept 14 hours. no joke! if you know me you know that I never sleep - i am one of those 5 hours only OCD have to be doing something at all times type of people. the ionic foot bath left me feeling so rejuvenated the next day. so be sure that you are able to get some good rest the next day if you try it. cant wait to try it again and see if I see different results. xo

I've never been one to get facials, really. When I first moved to Missoula I encountered a seize…read morethe deal special to get one at The New Well and was pretty underwhelmed at how my skin felt a few hours later (not to mention the breakout I experienced almost immediately from the makeup they slathered onto me after my appointment). When my skin got to point-of-crisis dry I'd schedule a facial at Skin Chic hoping to resolve it, but I'd experience the same "eh" feeling a few days later. I'd also look like crap for several days with the huge welts left from extractions as well as the bright red-red of my hyper-exfoliated face. I'd also drop over $100 on the product that was pushed on me, most of which I'd use a few times with limited success. This week I decided to try out Jennifer's new space at Studio 2, and she might just be the first aesthetician to convert me! The appointment itself was really nice: calming space, soothing (but not cheesy) spa music, gorgeous smelling skin care products, a pain-free eyebrow wax, and a phenomenal shoulder and scalp massage to round it all out. And my skin! Jennifer is equipped with the best tools of the trade to leave everything exfoliated and moisturized but not prey to day-after breakouts, sunlight sensitivity, or extreme redness. And she's a super nice person that I really enjoyed spending 90 minutes with. The day after my appointment, I had multiple coworkers tell me my skin looked amazing. I've never had someone compliment me on such a thing. But there you have it: they said that my complexion was "glowing." Four days later, everything still feels soft and moist and gorgeous. I'll be back at least every six weeks.

However, My experience started to change. The owner started interrupting my appts. Relaxation services should never be interrupted. We pay a lot of money for personal services and a relaxing peaceful experience. I let it slide the first time even though she woke me up. The second and third times were for touring prospective employees, again in the middle of my paid services. One time was during a facial and the second was during eyelash extensions. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. On my last appointment, they released Molly early and rescheduled be with a provider I have never seen. Noone from Lash Co bothered to call or let me know that my appt had changed and that Molly was not going to be taking care of me until I received a call from the front desk wondering why I was not at my appt. I explained that the only reason I ever went to Lash Co was to receive services from Molly and that no one contacted me for approval to move my appt to a different provider. I never approved the appt they were calling about and that appt was not for me. I also explained that I will be following Molly to her new business, The Skinery as I am HER customer, not a lash & Co customer. They are completely unprofessional. HARD PASS

I'm a flight attendant with a very limited schedule and as I newly moved to the area was dealing with the stress of trying to establish a new place to go to after years with same person and this experience is exactly why! I had gone to different place for a fill and unfortunately they didn't do a very good job and in return I was losing my extensions before even 2 week. I booked here with Kaylee and put I needed a foreign hybrid fill and I was new to area in notes . When I walked in she right away told me she couldn't see me she needed 3 hours for a new fill and as I had lost lashes that didn't qualify as a fill while I get this having moved my whole day around for this as well as had it scheduled for 2 weeks to be turned away and told no time till January!! If she is going to take new clients she needs to have a separate apt perhaps first as a consult and schedule appropriately then or make a courtesy call prior to apt to go over expectations because now I have to scramble to fine someone else who's available before the holidays whos hopefully good and can do them today or tomorrow before I fly again for work please take this Kaylee as a learning lesson and alter this or you will have more people frustrated like myself

Bespoke Beauty sent me a text message offering me a discount for dysport injections. I accepted…read moretheir offer and made an appointment. Then when I got there, they said I had to spend a minimum amount of money to get the discount. So I passed on the discount and got the injections anyway. I wish I had walked out that day. I went back so they could see the damage they had done. I mentioned that I re-read their text regarding the discount and it says nothing about a minimum spend. Sarah said they can only fit so much info in a text message. I believe the term for it is "bait and switch." Sarah didn't see anything wrong with my eyes. If she couldn't see anything wrong (pic attached) she's definitly in the wrong business. Not to mention, she clearly doesn't give a rip about the care they provide to their customers. It's all about money. Sarah said there's nothing to be done, and I'll just have to wait it out. I asked for a refund, and she said they don't give refunds and told me to find another provider. I'm thinking she's nuts!!! Why would I go back to them after they did this to me?!! My eyelids are full of fluid, especially at the inside corners, and the bridge of my nose is widened. Far more wrinkles and puffuness. I have had botox injections many times and never have I had this result. I recommend you don't trust your beauty care to this business. I would give them zero stars if I could!!!
