I've never been one to get facials, really. When my skin got to point-of-crisis dry I'd schedule a facial at Skin Chic hoping to resolve it, but I'd experience the same "eh" feeling a few days later. I'd also look like crap for several days with the huge welts left from extractions as well as the bright red-red of my hyper-exfoliated face. I'd also drop over $100 on the product that was pushed on me, most of which I'd use a few times with limited success. This week I decided to try out Jennifer's new space at Studio 2, and she might just be the first aesthetician to convert me! The appointment itself was really nice: calming space, soothing (but not cheesy) spa music, gorgeous smelling skin care products, a pain-free eyebrow wax, and a phenomenal shoulder and scalp massage to round it all out. And my skin! Jennifer is equipped with the best tools of the trade to leave everything exfoliated and moisturized but not prey to day-after breakouts, sunlight sensitivity, or extreme redness. And she's a super nice person that I really enjoyed spending 90 minutes with. The day after my appointment, I had multiple coworkers tell me my skin looked amazing. I've never had someone compliment me on such a thing. But there you have it: they said that my complexion was "glowing." Four days later, everything still feels soft and moist and gorgeous. I'll be back at least every six weeks.

However, My experience started to change. The owner started interrupting my appts. Relaxation services should never be interrupted. We pay a lot of money for personal services and a relaxing peaceful experience. I let it slide the first time even though she woke me up. The second and third times were for touring prospective employees, again in the middle of my paid services. One time was during a facial and the second was during eyelash extensions. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. On my last appointment, they released Molly early and rescheduled be with a provider I have never seen. Noone from Lash Co bothered to call or let me know that my appt had changed and that Molly was not going to be taking care of me until I received a call from the front desk wondering why I was not at my appt. I explained that the only reason I ever went to Lash Co was to receive services from Molly and that no one contacted me for approval to move my appt to a different provider. I never approved the appt they were calling about and that appt was not for me. I also explained that I will be following Molly to her new business, The Skinery as I am HER customer, not a lash & Co customer. They are completely unprofessional. HARD PASS

I booked here with Kaylee and put I needed a foreign hybrid fill and I was new to area in notes . When I walked in she right away told me she couldn't see me she needed 3 hours for a new fill and as I had lost lashes that didn't qualify as a fill while I get this having moved my whole day around for this as well as had it scheduled for 2 weeks to be turned away and told no time till January!! If she is going to take new clients she needs to have a separate apt perhaps first as a consult and schedule appropriately then or make a courtesy call prior to apt to go over expectations because now I have to scramble to fine someone else who's available before the holidays whos hopefully good and can do them today or tomorrow before I fly again for work please take this Kaylee as a learning lesson and alter this or you will have more people frustrated like myself
