It wasn't until the flooring was 3/4 installed that we realized that we were shorted, after sorting through all the damaged product that we were assured was inspected before it was given to us. They did order (more but they refused to deliver) and that's when we realized that the packaging was different. They had repackaged damaged flooring to make it look "new" and it was damaged and misprinted. The new packaged material was so much better that the rest of out floor looks bad. Calls were ignored and customer service wasn't any better. Promises to look into the matter resulted in dropped correspondence. Finally we were offered a store credit for a pittance of what we paid. The floor looks bad, poor quality of materials, unethical practices of selling used as new and not making good on their promises. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. If you have a problem you'll be left doing what we are doing.

Horrible customer service!!! We bought an entire house of LVT flooring that is waterproof and after…read morea while the ends started to just look a little different. I tore Up some of the flooring and they came out Took a couple pieces said they had it tested and blamed it on the cleaner we use then after a couple weeks, we decided to call back and asked for the testing that they said they had done on it and they didn't have any. They completely lied to us. I now have got a mold test and checked all of the grooves and it came up positive for mold On all of the joints. So now we have an entire house of flooring, most likely with mold in all of the joints and all they would do is offer us five boxes of flooring which that wouldn't be enough to do a half a bedroom. My advice is to stay far away from this company. We buy The swiffer at Costco like half of the United States does so to blame it on that is just unbelievable. This is just another large company only worrying about themselves. UPDATE THEY CAME BACK AND SAID THEY DID NOT LIE. IF THEY DID NOT KIE HOW COULD THE DENY THE CLAIM OF THE FLOORING? They denied the claim by stating that their report said it was our flooring cleaner so we asked for the report and then they said there is no report stumbled to say so yes, they did lie to us. We had installed carpet in 4 bedrooms. One was wall to wall and is splitting where they cut the…read morecarpet, very noticably. Another room has a seam that comes up under the door every time I vacuum and I've never experienced this before. They came out to "fix" it by putting a knife under the door to correct it.. Obviously, it continues to be an issue every week, with each vacuum. Another room wasn't measured as wide as initial estimates so it's short on carpet. I had problems with all 3 carpeted bedrooms. On a good note, the hardwood in the basement was done well!
