Mike was very friendly and honest, and you could tell he was passionate about cars. My grandmother thought he was quite handsome and witty, so she had no problem chatting with him while I walked around the lot. As I come back to them, here she is ready to go on a test ride with Mike and an Escape. Shocked to high heaven, I laughed and waited for them to return. Needless to say, my grandmother was in love (with the car) and she ended up driving herself home that day. Mike was outstanding in all aspects of the experience. He was mumbling under his breath half of the test drive and I was asking questions and he made me feel stupid for asking them. I talked to a manager I think named Glenn, he was very kind but aside from that I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone else besides Jason.
