I live on Long Island and had use a vet down here who did a wonderful job with my German Shepard…read morewho does not - under any circumstances - want his nails trimmed. I also had them clean his ears. They sedated him and the bill was almost $1,000. They did a wonderful job, but I needed his nails trimmed again, but was having a hard time with the cost. On a recommendation from a close friend, I was referred to Dr. Sniderman who clips both her dog's nails with a mild oral sedation and a house call (house call!!) I arrived, put the muzzle on my big boy and went inside. The doctor (and staff!) was very welcoming and petted Max as though they were old friends. I said he may have to sedate him. He said, "No, I don't think so." I was worried, but he reassured me sedation would not be necessary. After looking over Max for a couple of minutes he called in an assistant and then this happened. Max was on the exam table and Dr. Sniderman picked him up from his torso, while the assistant clipped Max's rear nails then his front. Done! That was it! It took all of two minutes!! I would never have believed it possible!! Obviously Max felt very comfortable with him. Dr. Sniderman then spoke with me about training and recommended a new lead. He also prescribed, and filled, medicine for me to use next time just to take the edge off Max and put him at ease. The visit was an unqualified success and I would recommend anyone with a big strong dog (or even a small strong dog!) to visit this office. The cost was a fraction of what I paid previously and both Dr. Sniderman and his staff were a pleasure to visit!

This doctor should retire honestly, I bought ny 2 1/2 HEALTHY German shepherd dog in for a routine…read morespay in March 2025 this was after a well visit in January 2025, after dropping her and waiting for a call for pick up I received a call from Dr Nebrzydoski stating " your dog is dead" I asked if this was a joke and he repeated no " your dog is dead" Upon picking up my dog the front desk was rude which was an ongoing theme there and the doctor could not explain what happened or answer any of my questions or even try to speculate a possible complication that led to my dogs death, the only clear thing he stated was " all my techs are licensed" leading me to believe that a huge mistake was made and that's why I encountered lack of compassion and apology. For a vet who has been treating animals for decades you would think he would have an answer or a shred of empathy. Per the perfect OR report there should have been zero complications on a routine spay. There were also 2 doctors in the room at the time , the other doctor did not have the decency to show face and express any sympathy. They did not offer assistance to help me get my beloved Gracie to my vehicle and I had to carry my deceased dog to my vehicle in the dead of winter in the Catskills and have an excavator dig a grave for her. Please think twice before bringing your pet here, I wish I had.

I would give zero stars if I could. My puppy was taken in yesterday to be spayed, a standard…read moreprocedure. She was a little over 4 months old and as part of our adoption agreement with the Sullivan SPCA we were required to have her spayed and they used this vet. The procedure was part of the adoption fee that we paid. We dropped her off in the morning and received a call later in the day that our puppy, Izzy, died. The chances of death during a routine spaying are like .1%, but our girl is gone. She was the greatest dog and we love her so much. When my husband called the vet to find out what happened we were told the procedure went fine, but she later had strokes or a blood clot and they did everything they could. He wanted to drive the hour to see our Izzy and make sure it was her, and take her body back to bury her in her yard, and they told us we couldn't see her or have her because she is still the property of the SPCA. We paid our adoption fee and we raised her, did everything we needed to under our adoption agreement. She's ours! We also had an issue when we first brought Izzy home in April. She had horrible diarrhea from the day she came home and was underweight. So we contacted the SPCA about a week after when it didn't go away and they had us bring her back for treatment from this vet. They said she had giardia and gave us about 4 days of liquid medicine. She wasn't getting any better after taking the meds so we ended up taking her to our own vet. We found out she actually had coccidia and we got the right meds to treat and cure her. I don't know if it's because our dog was an adoption through the SPCA and they aren't getting paid enough by the SPCA, but they didn't care about our baby. They were heartless when speaking about her death and they seemed to not want to treat her illness when she was a little baby. Don't go to this awful place!

She is very thorough and conscientious, and does her best to make prudent plans for difficult cases, thinking of the best health outcomes rather than how to milk the most money from distressed people. She does a lot of her labs in house which saves money and also ensures very quick results. I often joke that my pets have better healthcare than I do!

A very painful problem with her neck. When I called the office extremely concerned about my dog, I asked to speak to Dr Clark. On the call back from the Secretary, I was told that they couldn't see us for 3 weeks and that I should take the dog to a local emergency room Vet Hospital. The Dr didn't even get on the phone for a second to find out what was the problem. When I pressed the Secretary to tell me how or why they can turn their backs on my dog, I was told that they have "too many appointments and emergencies" and cannot see my dog for "three weeks"! When I asked why they don't consider mine an 'emergency' she just kept repeating, we cannot see you for three weeks. The lack of concern, compassion and responsibility is overwhelming. I would NOT recommend this Dr to anyone who has a heart, who cares about their pet or anyone who depends on a Dr for treatment, thoroughness, compassion or concern. Just awful. Three weeks they told me. How disgusting is that?!

We have been able to count on them through simple pet care to complex medical issues in our dogs. Equally important is the kind personal attention and care they have always given our Goldens, from puppyhood through old age. The techs are knowledgeable and helpful as well - both the "old guard" and their newer replacements. Skilled, resourceful, caring people who know and love animals. Doesn't get better than that.

However we agreed that if surgery was imminent that we agreed to the surgery and just to call us to let us know if surgery was warranted. Again we signed and initialed both cost estimates with surgery and without (see images) I ended up calling the hospital around 1:40pm to ask how he was doing. Around 2:30pm I had received a phone call back from Dr. Faith Wright. She informed me that Ollie was doing well. They had taken 2 x-rays and could not view any issue; so the doctor gave him 2 cans of dog food and did another 2 x-rays, just to be sure. She stated he was showing no symptoms and no blockage. I will attach Ollie's Vet Bill, Ollie's bloodwork and Ollies X-rays. The vet (Dr. Faith) had also provided an additional 4 cans of food for Ollie to bring home to eat for a couple of days (see Invoice image) The hospital provided Ollie with antacid medicine Friday. On MONDAY, October 16th, 2023. My friend had offered to help pay for Ollie's vet bill and take him to the clinic.I had called Delhi Animal Clinic on Monday morning. I was unsure if I was going to take Ollie back or try to find another Office that would see him. I had requested that Delhi Animal Hospital send me his bloodwork and his X-rays from Thursday. They had sent me those files to my email. I had forwarded those docs to Steph and her colleague (whom is a retired Veterinarian to look at). At this point Ollie was barely alert, he was hurting and he was just standing oftentimes to alleviate his pain. His gums were sticky to the touch, his breath stunk. He was badly dehydrated it was critical that he get care. Out of options, Steph had called the hospital back. They had informed Steph to bring him in by 11am, otherwise he would not be seen. Ollie had been at the hospital for almost 6 hours. Steph again had to reach out to call about Ollie just before the office. They had found a blockage in his lower intestines and would be performing exploratory surgery on Ollie. WEDNESDAY, October 18th, 2023. Ollie was to be discharged at 9am.We really felt that Ollie had suffered tremendously. We hoped the hospital would not double charge for the hospitalization fee and any repeat lab/Xrays. They did! Instead this Veterinarian (Dr. Faith Wright) decided to say that she knew of the blockage on Thursday but because we were limited on funds they would not perform the surgery. Now mind you we signed a CONSENT for surgery on Thursday. What she had stated was not the truth. She also stated that the reason they did not perform surgery was because he was dehydrated. She told me she gave him fluids Thursday! This again leads to another lie. I ask WHY if knowing what Dr. Faith "knew" Thursday...Why feed my dog? WHY charge dog food? Why give me scripts knowing they would not help Ollie on Friday? Why give me scripts with directions that state to feed with food? Please read the dates of all documents and script bottles in the attached images. It makes me beyond livid to know someone (a doc) no less has the capacity to not only blatantly LIE to me. But also charge an additional $1600 for surgery on a quote that was between $900-$1200. She not only double charges but adds to the suffering of my dog.To make matters worse Dr. Faith emails me (see image) stating that she no longer wishes to see Ollie at her practice. You do not need to worry about my animals being seen in your practice. I would rather go to a practice that is PROFESSIONAL, and has COMPASSION for animals. I would NEVER recommend anyone to take their animal here. The blatant lies of this doctor. She double charges for multiple X-rays (read quotes and invoices). The right thing to do Dr. Faith (unlike your namesake) was to do a refund of the office visit on October 12th. You took advantage of our situation, you used a dog and your position as the head Vet of your clinic and abused your power, for money. At what end? The expense of our dog's health! HE COULD OF DIED!
