Everything is explained very clearly and my perspective is heard. Over sixty years ago I had a very overcrowded mouth, six non molar teeth were removed and I had my teeth straightened. Over the years they have moved a lot. The OK Dentistry have kept my teeth healthy. Since they shift and don't line up well, sometimes a tooth needs to be ground down because my bite is damaging it. I contacted the clinic to schedule cavity treatment / a filling, but because my request was misunderstood at the front desk, one appointment ended up being essentially unproductive and did not move my main issue forward. What made it worse is that I was finally "examined" at my later visit -- something that could have been done during the previous appointment -- and it was still unclear what the earlier visit was meant to accomplish.

I was looking for a dentist that actually had old fashioned values service first. But according to…read moremy benefits plan they submitted a claim a full week prior to my visit! That shows me they are not interested in the patients only the benefit plans! When I life my jaw was incredibly sore and painful, and on 3 occasions the hygenist told me its nothing personal. They wanted to take xrays since it was an initial visit and they were not warranted simply because my last appt with a dentist (not this one was exactly a year ago). I will not be back, because any dentist that has to submit expenses prior to your visit, is not worth it and they will in fact say it was simply a quote to ensure your coverage. Nope and I will not be recommending them either. The fancy TV's, fancy eyewear (when not needed) netflix are being all paid for by you the patient, save yourself and find somewhere that actually takes the patients for the empathy of supporting their business. This one does not.

We figured, better to attend to it in the city, rather than the mountains, so called a few dentists in Kelowna, and finally reached Creekside, they were able to get us in to see Dr Colter in less than 2 hours, fix the problem, and send us on our way, in less than 90minutes, from phone call. Charge was very reasonable ($125), including x-rays. Very pleasant office staff :)
