I've never experienced such a low level of customer service anywhere else. When I walked in there were no other customers, but three associates on the floor. One was busy at the cash register conducting some sort of business, the other two were busy speaking to each other about personal matters. All three of them ignored me. It wasn't until I came to them and asked specific questions that I received any attention whatsoever. After I was quickly dismissed so that they could return to their social talks etc. This level of dismissal and oversight should never be witnessed at high-end store in a high-end mall. read more

I've been a Brooks Brothers man for several years. For me, it's a near-perfect balance of quality and price for mid-range men's clothing. I wear it every day. Normally, Brooks Brothers employees are friendly and helpful and know the product extremely well. I've even come to develop lasting friendships with salesmen from other BB stores. Unfortunately, this location is a long way from being the type of Brooks Brothers shopping experience I've come to expect. From walking in, I was all-but completely ignored. Eventually, I sought someone out to point me to a fitting room. I asked the same salesman if they had a different fit of the trousers I tried on, and was instead given sizing information for shirts, not trousers. When I tried to pay, I was ignored at the checkout counter while the man and woman were having a separate conversation. Then they debated between them who was going to check me out, with the woman saying in front of me: "I can do it if you want." I've never seen people try so hard to not earn a sale. If I wasn't there with a specific purpose to re-stock because there isn't a BB store near where I currently live, I would have walked out. The clothes are still great, but this is now the second consecutive Brooks Brothers store I've been to with very poor service, the other being the Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta, GA, which was even worse than this one. read more

My husband is notorious for procrastination, so when he waited until 10 days before our wedding to start shopping for a suit, I was a little nervous. We stopped at the Cherry Creek mall, figuring we had to find SOMETHING there. Obviously, if you have an unlimited budget, it will be easy to find what you want, but of course, weddings come with that big Budget word attached. We stopped at Brooks Brothers first.....and that was it. We wandered around a few minutes, looked at a few things, and then one of the staff members came over and checked in with us. She took a quick look at my guy, pulled three suits off the rack, and suggested he start with one of them. 45 minutes later, we were being rung up for 2 dress shirts, 2 ties, 2 pairs of socks, and a beautiful grey summer weight suit that they were sending out for alterations due to the short timeline. My guy felt handsome, appropriately dressed, and he looked AMAZING in his new suit. On our wedding day, he was calm, cool, and collected, and we looked perfect together. This place used to be great. I have a great custom made suit from here that still looks great on me. But that was five years ago. Things have changed at Brooks Brothers. They no longer have my size in stock and I'm a pretty average size. They won't even order it if it isn't in stock in the warehouse or another store. They have an arrogant pretentious vibe about them. It took forever to get them to look up my corporate discount code. For a place that sells professional clothing to executives, their checkout experience is protracted at best. I guess you have to be a basketball or football player with millions to get the royal treatment at Brooks Brothers from here out. there are plenty of other places to spend $100 on a dress shirt and I'm going to find those places. read more

Nick hill or Nicholas was very accommodating!!! It was my first time going into a store that's considered high end. He helped go through the fabrics and different alterations. I wasn't a high ticket for commissions but he took the time. Over an hour!!! To help me get the right customization and fabric. I've been into the Denver Cherry Creek Store on 5 occasions now. On all but one occasion I was completely ignored. On one visit my wife and I walked into the store early in the day. We were the only two in the store at the time. We stood right in front of the desk where the manager and an employee were sitting. Not once did they stop to ask if we needed any help. To make matters worse the manager of the store proceeded to reprimand the employee for not opening enough credit accounts and various other complaints she had with him. I have to say it's unlikely the poor level of customer service and the treatment of it's employee's isn't a larger cultural issue. Seems like this company needs a makeover from the top down and a reminder that with quality clothes comes an expectation for exceptional customer service. The salesmen "Len" is exceptionally rude, unhelpful, and always seems like he is in a bad mood. I buy the majority of my clothes from Brooks Brothers, but the few times I've had to deal with Len, if they don't have something in stock in the store (i.e. making him a commission) he just walks away. It just seems like such a big inconvenience for him to do anything other than ring you up. That is totally unacceptable for a store that bills themselves as upscale. This last time was truly the breaking point. I REFUSE to give anyone in that store a sale. I can buy whatever I want online and don't have to deal with their attitude. read more

I swear I could tape hundred dollar bills to my body and light myself on fire in this store and still not have anyone pay me an ounce of attention. The layout of the store is attractive and they have a nice selection of women's clothing, but in three tries I have not been able to get anyone to offer me help, which means I'm taking my economy-boosting dollars elsewhere. This Brooks Brothers is a hit or miss. Generally with Brooks Brothers, once you know what fits, you can order online. In the last few years, it has been tough. Two pants that should fit the same don't, which is why I try to buy in store. This brooks brothers has a relatively small men's dress selection. Unless you wear the "fuller" cut clothes with pleats, you probably won't find anything you'd buy here. The salespeople are always very nice, but their answer is always that they could order clothes online and ship them to the store. If I wanted to do that, I would have stayed on the couch in my underwear. It definitely isn't the salesperson's fault, it's just that the store has a very limited range of Brooks dress clothes. If you like the bigger and wider cut clothes, you will probably find what you need. If you wear under a 36, you probably won't. read more

A+ customer service. Whether you have a closet full of suits or you've never worn one, the staff at this store makes the purchasing process super easy. Ask questions, don't be afraid not to know things, and they will definitely take care of you. My last purchase here was both enjoyable and a learning experience. Went in 2.5 months before my wedding to purchase a custom suit. When I went to pick up my order they said it was still not ready (6 weeks had passed). When they called me to come pick up again and they continued to look and finally they said it wasn't ready again. Got called to pick it up a few weeks later (week 9) after an hour of looking they said sorry still not ready. Their customer service is usually very good, one specific rep was the problem. He wasn't very clear or concise, had a major problem communicating what was going on, when I finally erupted after my 4th visit to pick up a suit that was still not ready he told me it was my fault that I had payed everything up front in advance... He was right I should have waited to pay when my suit was actually in front of me, what was I thinking? Lynn (the crude sale rep) was not very friendly once I began to point fingers but he was quick to point the finger back at me. He messed up ordering my custom vest as well after he assured me it would be the way he described it which was all dark, when he showed it to me it had the lining of skulls all over the back, something I did not intend on getting married in. The assistant manager could not excuse him nor say anything in his defense, however she was helpful in fixing his many of his mistakes. I'm glad I planned ahead of time because I didn't think it would take over 2 months for a suit that they told me would take 3-6 weeks. I gave two stars simply because of the quality of their products but this specific store has poor customer service and inexperienced sales reps. Do yourself a favor and go to the castle rock outlet store only 20 min south. read more

Really nice store all around. Their friendly & knowledgeable service is one of the best in Cherry Creek. I am a big fan of their 1818 Fitzgerald suits. Great value for the price in my opinion. They often have sales, so if you want to save some $$$, their sales are quite nice (usually anywhere between 20~40% depending on types of the item). They also carry about 8 Peal & CO shoes that are made for Brooks Brothers (the ones that go from $488+ are made by Crockett & Jones and Alfred Sargent) as well. However, they do not carry Shell Cordovan shoes (bummer). I have not been to their store in Park Meadows, so I can't really compare which one is better yet. read more

I saw the negative reviews about customer service and thought, "it's an upscale clothing store. It can't be that bad". It was terrible. The store was pretty much empty but it took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. When we did finally get someone to help us, she was rude and condescending. All I was trying to do was get a coat, which I had gotten from them, altered and everyone there acted as if we were inconveniencing them. I know they are the name brand but I'm going elsewhere next time. read more

Excellent store with a large selection. Brooks Brothers remains the store for outstanding classic men's clothing. I always wait until the last minute to shop for what I need. At Brooks Bros. that's never a problem. Shannon always comes through. Recently I attended an event that required "cocktail attire." I needed a french cuff white shirt and silver tie. The Cherry Creek branch did not have my size in stock so Shannon had it overnighted to the store. It would have gone directly to my home, but Shannon suggested that we take the collar in. The next day (the day of the event) I tried the shirt on in the store's beautiful changing room. I thought it fit fine. Shannon suggested that the tailor take the collar in a bit. Before I finished the paperwork the shirt was ready and fit like a charm. The store is beautifully laid out with 3 large open rooms. I have never had a problem with customer service. They're polite, without being intrusive. The moment I walk in the store I'm greeted by a sales associate. If I know what I want they assist with the selection and if I want to browse they politely leave me on my own. Men's quality clothing at its finest. read more

Great store. I worked with Tatjana and she was extremely helpful. This store doesn't carry the full Brooks line, and the selection is a little limited in smaller waist sizes, or in extra slim fit shirts, but they are great about ordering what you need and just shipping it to your house. I have been a shopper at brooks bros. since 1961, in NYC. From Denver's original store on larimer street through the park meadow days until now, the quality of merchandise has generally been excellent ( short bad time when owned by mark spencer), and the service has been marked by inconsistency. However, the current management is wonderful to deal with and I agree with the folks who praise Shannon. For we older more traditional dressers there is no better place in the denver metro area than BB. read more

a bit on the pricey side so I usually wait until I get a 40% off coupon or another discount to use with my corporate discount. BB can be expensive, so if you are paying top dollar for apparel make sure it fits just how you want it. I would just have to say know your size and know the look you want before you head into the store for tailoring or fitting. BB has added some slim fitting shirts and suits that are quite fashionable but I still feel the tailors and salespeople are dressing in the 90's and early 00's, as BB still seems a little old manish. I recently purchased a Milano suit (their slimmest fitting suit) and the tailor did a decent job but I had to request a reduced chest, taking out fabric, and tapering the leg to achieve the slim fit look i wanted as the suit just looked boxy and a little sloppy; all this cost extra, $225 extra. I am 5'10" with a 40 inch chest and 32 waist so with all my suits comes a substantial amount of fitting and tailoring, so I am no stranger to asking for things to be taken in or adjusted. Do your research on how you want your suit to fit and describe this in detail to the tailor as the tailor and salesperson will not know how you want the suit to fit and they will almost assuredly default to standard template fitting. The sales representatives are very helpful just describe your style to them and make sure they understand the look you are trying to achieve. read more
