It's laid out very well so there isn't a bad seat in the house. I think they stage productions of the Ryan Repertory company here. April 12th, my daughter arrives home with scratches on her face, I call to ask what happens and am told they do not know. The following Friday, April 19th she has a busted lip and gingiva. I am told by the staff again, they do not know what happened and when I asked to see the video I was refused. I opened an investigation with the office of children and family services (OCFS) on April 22nd then I was contacted by the school on April 24th to schedule a time to come and see the video. After viewing the video and seeing a plethora of improper procedure being carried out by the staff I am told by the co-director, "my staff could've told you anything and we'd have to believe it". Fast forward to the week of June 3rd, I have a meeting with the head director whom was on vacation at the time and she states that my girls are of the best in their classes yet will not be able to return to summer camp nor the school in the fall due to the parents high safety standards. This shows me this person does not truly care for the welfare of a child and has low safety standards when concerning children. There are a lot of great staff members there but the instructors from the 2 year old class need to be retrained on child behavior, active supervision and classroom management... In addition I am organizing other parents at this school to remove the director from her position due to a lack of care and improper protocol when dealing with a child's welfare or at the bare minimum the director needs to undergo a human needs assessment or training on family engagement and child welfare.

The admin staff were nice at first but once you ask for consideration about payments they start to treat you differently. It is true that whenever I picked up my son he was so thirsty. The schedule fits us and it is an hour long swimming lesson! I never understood the half an hour group classes, I mean the kids gets wet and wait for their term and few laps later it is over. This place is reasonable in pricing and also I see results. The pool is small but it is great for kids or timid adults ( yes you can take classes along your kids!) I think all kids need to learn how to swim for safety reasons and this is a great place to get them started.

I am kind of parent that result means a lot, I like the teachers pushing the kids to do their best, challenging themselves to do more, yet keeping them safe & interested. All the teacher there are look out for the kids best interest. Carlos and Adrian C has been my kids teacher for the 2 sessions that we've been there and my kids love them, always wanting to come to class and most importantly, they learned how to swim!! Overall is a well run program that I am happy my kids are there.
