I had to get something printed in black ink and they were actually able to do it on the spot as they had the paper in stock and they were not too busy at the time. After 20 mins I was able to get my printed material. Sweet! I love not having to come back. It was nice of them to offer to print it on the spot for me. I dealt with Eva (the owner) and Margaret who was very nice and got it all done very efficiently. I really love their Stardream/Curious papers. I emailed the same guy a couple of times about having two more small, simple frames made. Days later and still no response. I call the guy and he tells me he doesn't want to make the frames unless I bring him prints to go inside the frame. I explained several times I'm giving the frames as a gift and so I don't have a print. Again he tells me he doesn't want to make the frame unless I bring him the prints for it. Again, i try to explain I so not have a print, and that the frames are for a gift. He says he'll get back to me. This was several days ago now and still no response. I guess he wants me to bring him prints to frame so he cam upcharge e for the frames. I understand the reviews now. The guy was difficult to communicate with, and I do not recommend using You'd think that given the pandemic, they would welcome the business. Instead, he tries tp upsell me on two frames. I would say avoid the headache and avoid The Frame Maker. Instead, I recommend Michael's on John street. The frames are equal quality, very good selection, and the prices are better than Frame Maker. Also, they will sell you a frame, even if you don't have a print for it, without trying to upcharge you. Save yourself the headache, and avoid this business.
