I walked in looking for a four wheeler. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest and let us know that there was no more 90s for sale. That was all we needed, BUT Jimbo or Jimbob, I don't know exactly what the lady at the front desk said, let us know that we were late looking for a 90 and you have to start earlier. Actually we already have a four wheeler picked out at the competing store in brookhaven, we just wanted to look. We did not need your comment, or to let us know that only 16 and up can ride the 250s. Do you think we would put a 5 year old on a 250? And do you think any 16 year old actually wants a 250? He put off a bad vibe for the whole place. And we will never go look there again. Buyer beware. The price on ATV Trader means absolutely nothing. I am from Brandon MS and have purchased from Brookhaven ATV dealerships in the past but not this time. I was working with Brandon. He is masterful at making things sound like they are doing you a favor by buying from them...don't fall for it. Based on their internet price for a 2025 Honda Pioneer 700-4 Deluxe and the out the door price he gave me just didn't seem right. After questioning him he divulged $1200 mandatory addition for an extended warranty. Brandon tried to smooth it over by saying they add that but don't charge a documentation fee. Brandon would never tell me how much the UTV cost so I could compare to the internet price and make an educated decision. I'm 64 years old and not stupid Brandon. I spent my last dollar in Brookhaven MS. Brandon's last statement to me was have a blessed day as if his work ethic is anywhere how a Christian would do business. Save yourself a Brookhaven Honda headache and go to Got Gear in Jackson, ask for Andrew, he will be honest and treat you right as he did with me just hours after my dealings with Brandon. Poor Customer Service Experience - Stay Away! I purchased a 2023 Honda Goldwing from Brookhaven Honda in November 2023 finance with Honda Financial, It's now March 2024, and I am still unable to get the vehicle registered in Texas. Salesperson Jimbo is helpful and a good salesman, but after that service is terrible. Tammy the "Bookkeeper" in the finance department is unprofessional, unhelpful and disinterested in finding answers to resolve the issue. The staff members were unable to provide satisfactory assistance or address my concerns in a respectful manner. It was evident that customer service was not a priority at this dealership. After getting no assistance from Brookhaven Honda only "I don't know". I contacted Honda Financial Services Customs service they informed me that titling information wasn't turned in from Brookhaven Honda and or their third-party titling company. I strongly advise anyone who values quality customer service to steer clear of Brookhaven Honda especially if you don't live in the area take your money somewhere else. The overall experience was disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the dealership. Classic bait and switch.... Real example, I checked out their website and see a bike "On Sale" for $4.9k. I call and ask about the bike, "Out the door $6.1k" What...!?! I proceed to try to ask him how he got from 4.9 to 6.1 and he starts talkn about additional warranty, title work, etc.... BULLSTUFF.... I tell him "well based on your website, I should be able to walk in with $5k cash..." and he cuts me off and verbatim responds, "Well keep saving your cash buddy.... I got people driving 7hrs to buy from us..." If they are that obnoxious, I hope somebody calls them out... And I challenge anyone to convince me how this isn't a classic bait-n-switch... And interestingly he fesses up first, "I know you think I'm being rude but..." and with that I did hang up... Website says $4.9k, first response is $6.1k... That's terrible...... I drove from Birmingham AL for two reason, my dealership is run by obnoxious narcissists and Brookhaven has the best prices around. I placed several calls to ask questions and speak with sales folks after having done much research on my own for what I wanted. I purchased a brand new Foreman Rubicon, which was still in a crate that they built for me while I waited and loaded in my truck once ready. Super friendly staff, and would have let me test ride a Gold Wing while I waited. Will come back again to make another purchase (or more) in the future. read more
